Nightmare
We booked as a quick stop over night to get our heads down for sleep while we waited for our friend to arrive on the flight after us. We didn’t want to pay too much but something that was close to the Airport. Arrived at 1am due to flight delay. Got taken to our room that smelt of smoke. Creatures crawling on bathroom floor! Bathroom so dirtier than a muddy football team! We couldn’t sleep as there was a nightclub in the hotel that is open till 3am. We were leaving at 6.30pm so on my got under 3hours sleep! I wouldn’t recommend even for a quick stop!

Don't go there

Väldigt mycket ljud
Fantastisk personal. Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående!!! Det faktum att hotellet har disko till kl 0307 varje kväll (inne i mitt rum) borde framkomma väldigt mycket tydligare. Elker att det finns en festsal som är uthyrd nästan alla dagar - dag som natt. Att säga att hotellet ligger nära havet med 30 min med buss tycker jag också är ganska kass.

Terrible…
The fact that I was sent a link to write this review proves that i had a confirmed booking. But the hotel reception outright refused to acknowledge the confirmation claming they dont know about hotels.com. So I had to find another hotel to stay. And what is amusing is that i booked another hotel for the next day onwards from the same group - Fortune Group. And they had no issues.

Most terrible experience
One of the worst experiences I've ever had in Dubai. They first gave us a room full of cockroaches (4-5 cockroaches running inside the bathroom). We changed rooms but the quality wasn't any better. Really old rooms, with old furniture and primitive bathrooms. Absolutely horrible service, cleanliness and hygiene.

Bad hotel and poor guest management system...
The stay was not at all felt like a comfort place for family... everywhere a dim feel... hotel management prefer guests who are coming for bachelor enjoyment... front desk staff behavior like they are the ustomers and guests as their suppliers! The lighting inside the room and corridor very poor, location is good those who are looking...cleaness is very poor...found cockoches, bugs etc. In the toilet! Hotel staff discourage online bookings....I think hotel.com should remove this hotel from their list

The hotel property is a bit old, so if you are looking for a modern new hotel, not this one. The toilets were dirty and not clean.

This is an unfortunate experience in a great city. A deceiving information ab the hotel apartment that people chose for having a washer and dryer that was my reason to chose this place Expedia site advertising a gracious hotel with some harsh realities. Expedia description states washer dryer and free local calls. No single studio or apartment has a washer or any inside laundry service. I complained to reception, sir no other choice he denied the info I printed Expedia and this fraudulent information he said you have no choice money already paid. No laundry service but an expensive outside one. No apology or courtesy for this inconvenience, rooms were not cleaned on daily basis and smells like a dirty ashtray They have a bar downstairs and on the 1 st floor what looks like a club with Arab dancers a super loud noise every night till three 3 AM. I pointed this out don’t worry sir I’ll place you on a higher floor (3rd) true away from the club noise but facing a highway and train station. I used my noise reduction earphones during my entire stay. Parking is like a driving challenge super narrow driveway to the basement I prayed not to damage my rented Audi. I street parking up with two 150 Dirhams parking tickets. Front disk employee lacking a common sense to a disturbing point not to keep my passport hours after reservation and I have to realize I didn’t get it back. a business center windows 5 and to print the reception wrote me his email to print personal file

бронировался номер с целью переночевать при путешествии транзитом через Дубай - терминал 2 (оттуда летает Fly Dubai) относительно недалеко - 3 км на машине. Номера вполне комфортные, около 700 метров до ближайшей станции метро зеленой линии. До центра ехать минут 15. Ночью внезапно выбило пробки утром (выезжали рано) пришлось идти в темноте вниз, чтобы вернули свет

Dirty old don’t stay here
It has a bunch night clubs that make noise till 4 am. Windows are not double so you hear cars that from the high way.

Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk!
A poor experience, high handed attitude from the front desk! This was our first point of contact; hence everything from there on was downhill. The hotel itself is very average, the common restrooms have no toilet paper and no help offered either!

A comfortable hotel near the airport
This hotel is close to th airport. Many small shops and resturants near by. Good breakfast. Internet unstable

loud nightclubs
they have so many night clubs in the hotel with loud music playing all night. Cant sleep.

I booked for a guest and he really liked. Nicely.
They need some performance for a fast growing hotel in a very good location quietly. They are treatment is professional.

Terrible hotel
The worst room I've ever seen. I booked a non-smoking room but its smell was very smoky, no windows, no service. I strongly not recommend this hotel.
