Good venue
The accomodatuin was basic but absolutely served our needs. The owners were really helpful and allowed us to have 4 adults in a room designed for 2 adults and 2 children. The only diwnside was the lack of parking but that is not their fault.

Short Weekend Stay
Our short stay was delightful, room was clean, bed comfortable, shower was excellent. Breakfast was really good. No issues whatsoever, would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, Simon and Vanessa were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Considering they only took over a month ago, and have no previous experience, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had in a UK B&B. Location-wise, it was perfect. Right on the Esplanade, steps away from the beach and a few minutes’ walk from the shops, harbour, restaurant and bars. It’s also very close to the SEA LIFE Centre – a lovely, short walk down the coastal path. The rooms were basic and could use some updating (give them a chance, they’ve only just taken over) but were very quiet, clean and comfortable – I slept really well, which is rare for me when staying away – and the sea view in our twin room was AMAZING. The large sash window gave it almost a ‘balcony’ vibe. Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of choice. The sea view from the dining room was a bonus and the atmosphere was always friendly amongst the other guests (as we’d all slept beautifully the night before, no doubt!). I highly recommend the Premier Hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Excellent
We got the impression that these new owners are rescuing a wonderfully located hotel out of a "what a dump" experience into something truly excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, not very attractive - but i have no doubt at all that they will be tip top, full potential and beyond criticism in record time. The service is already there - efficient, friendly, polite, unobtrusive, nothing is too much trouble. Would i recommend it? Yes, wholeheartedly - and stay again. It was lovely

Friendly place to stay
Lovely place to stay for a few nights. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was nice and owners helpful. Good location for the beach and shops. Although no parking at hotel you can park close for £8 per day. Good value for money.

Relaxing Stay
The hotel was clean and tidy and very comfortable. We were out during the majority of our stay, so only used the hotel as a base. Would definitely come back here.

Forget previous poor reviews, our stay was lovely
It’s under new management, new owners are great. Really friendly and caring. Premier has had some really bad reviews but you can see the daily changes that Simon and Vanessa are making. Room was not great, it was clean and comfy with daily room service and staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The smell of smoke is disappearing and smells quite nice on entering the property with the help of electric diffusers think this is important to mention as this had had some awful reviews. Owners will be starting doing breakfasts in the future. My only complaint really is my room was 5 flights of stairs up and having COPD with Asthma it was no easy trek, but my fault I never let anyone know. When I book for next year I will make sure to mention this and get a lower floor A really enjoyable stay overall and felt really welcome Thank you Simon and Vanessa for a lovely stay, my grand daughter and I will be returning

3 night stay
Was a nice stay only down fall was at half 6 7 in morning you could hear doors slamming on and off and was woken up by it and booked bed and breakfast but unfortunately no breakfast and no money refunded for it and was told not going to find anywhere cheaper as all full booked but overall was nice place.

Very sad As we were greeted by the landlady who only told us there was no breakfast. Apart from that we never saw her again ! The room was ok quite comfortable but we had to buy our own tea making facilities. Wouldn’t book again.

Terrible place to stay. Poor reception, whole place smells of cigarettes and mould. Our room terrible. Bunk bed for kids wobbly . One kid had to sleep on mattress on floor as top bunk bed squeaking like hell. We were afraid it will cave in . Wardrobe was unstable all ducktaped. Wifi terrible. Won't recommend this hotel my enemy
