For a non smoking hotel that’s all we smelled. There was no coffee for breakfast, yogurt was past the expiration, owners spoke very little English (India), room was poorly supplied with essentials, and for the price, I’d give it a 1 out of 10

We needed a quick place to sleep and it was filthy! We called it the murder bathroom. An animal had been locked in there and had tried to scratch their way out, mold, dirt, it was scary!

This Super 8 was horrible. We took one look at the room turned around after informing the front desk and we left. the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the sheets did not look clean. There were holes patched but not painted over. I’m truly disappointed and unhappy that I lost$102.00 to this and then had to find another place to stay.

DISAPPOINTED
When I was heading out to breakfast I decided to do my daily duty. Upon completing the task I discovered I was without any toilet tissue. There wasn’t even a paper holder. No paper products at all anywhere in the motel room. I had to undress and take a shower and move on. I spoke to the manager. Showed him the bath area and he said he would talk to house keeping.

Latch on room door did not fit properly and sometimes the door would not catch. Even in the latched position, the catch mechanism was sloppy with way too much play. There was something sticky left all over the floor near the toilet, as well as all over the toilet tank, both sides of the toilet seat itself, and the rim of the toilet. I had to clean all of that myself after checking in to make it sanitary to use.

The room was fairly clean, tub tile had some mold. The large Motel sign off the highway said MO EL. The completely full trash can and cigarette butt container outside were never emptied in 4 days. There was seldom anyone manning the desk. My friends room down the hall was the room from hell. She sat on the edge of her bed and fell on the floor, hurt herself, because the “leg” was missing. She had no coffee maker, and there’s were other undesirable things. Good things: the T.V. had lot’s of movie channels. I would never return.

Wyndham needs to invest in some infrastructural upgrades. The shower knob for the temperature control immediately fell off. The coffee machine doesn't work. The microwave oven makes a strange hum during the night. Had to be unplugged. The air conditioner did nothing but roar and delivered no cool air. Fortunately the window opens to a cool Wyoming night air. Requested a wake-up call for 6:30 AM and never got one including a knock on the door that the guy behind the desk promised. Woke up late after a long drive.

Place is a dump just like the reviews said. I was traveling by myself so I did not need to worry about the condition because my wife was not with me. Terrible condition

The location was great with easy access to roads and easy to find. Manager was very friendly and helpful. The room could use better housekeeping as there was beer cans and assorted trash under the beds but over all pretty clean elsewhere. A nice quiet room. The special Veteran parking right in front of main door is a plus.

This property cancled my booking on the one event I look forward to every year, I was so excited to book this Room with Expedia only to find myself and my wife to be sleeping at the Archie Neil Park, literally in a park. Not impressed with the way the cancelation was presented. Not a good first impression!

The room was clean, but the bathroom was in poor repair. I can see they're doing their best with what they have. Breakfast did not have a big variety, but what there was, tasted good. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. This is a place to stay at a reasonable rate. If you want fancy go somewhere else, but if you need a place to sleep it is very adequate.

To start, check in was terrible. First off, this is listed as a pet-friendly motel hence why I booked with them, but when I let the woman know I had a dog with me, she quite literally yelled “you have a dog?!” She then got increasingly worked up and said over and over that no one called her to tell her I would have a dog. I asked who would be calling her since I booked online with hotels.com, and she said “they” always call her. Uhh, what? After clarifying with her she literally said someone from the booking sites calls her for every reservation (yeah, it was this weird). She goes on to say she has no “outside” rooms as she called them, which from other reviews I’m glad of that because they were described as disgusting. Then it came time for the pet fee, which is listed as $15, but she tried charging me $33 because she said “the system” automatically charges it per day rather than per night so it shows 2 days. I told her the system issue isn’t a reason to double charge people and that I will pay the $15, but not more. She then tried to give me the phone twice to call and talk to her manager, which I told her she would be doing, not me. Finally, I was able to pay the $15 fee, and was told to go in through the back door because of my dog, even though this is a pet-friendly motel… the room was standard, hot water ran out after about 5 minutes of use, outside was sketchy and dirty with garbage and junk all over. They are taking advantage of the limited options for people to stay.

Bates motel is better
This place is 1 star at best. And the photos of the building have been photoshopped. I was told i would be charged for my ADA animals. I told them that would not be happening. They then moved me to an "animal " room and put a $100 deposit hold on my card. Fine. My animals are trained. But the room is awful! Smells of cigarettes, the walls are dirty. Things are plugged in with extension cords. The bathroom is pieced together with big jagged pieces of unpainted drywall. The ramp handrail in front of property is broken. So many hazards. But, this was "non refundable " so we had the worst night of our lives.

Hotel was sooo expensive for what it was, super outdated, literally looked like a room from the 90s. Small tv in corner, smelt a little funny( i think from being so dated) i asked front desk person(who came to front desk with a bath towel around his shoulders.... weird but ok...for another pillow as a king bed came with 3 tiny pillows, and he mumbled something about housekeeping being gone and he didnt have any, i think he could see our reaction or HUH?? so he went and got one from the room behind the front desk which i took as his room(for overnight staff)and i said is this clean?? And he said yes. Rooms seemed clean but for the 131$ it cost.... just ridiculously over priced.

Shower head was in the middle of the shower, hitting my stomach. Carpet very worn there's no way to clean them. The neighbors across the street have a pitbull that barked and ran my way everytime I went to my vehicle. Otherwise quite, friendly staff. Wouldn't take my wife here but better than the back of my truck for hunting.
