Old and dirty.
NOT a five star hotel for sure. The facility is old and run down. Pools are too small for the hotel capacity. Pool area is slippery and dirty. Pool outside access door slammed on my feet and cut my heel open. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

No information about the hotel was given at the reception. Even though the hotel was very empty, I was given the room furthest away from center of hotel. Dinner is not good at all It is an open buffet but water is sold with money. The thermal pool is very small and one section is not working. The bed is not good at all. The internet is very bad - slow Breakfast products are of poor quality. The restaurant chef is very rude to people.

We really liked the amenities, the hotel has a nice indoor/outdoor pool and Turkish bath and nice hot spring (with separate indoor /outdoor pool). It really exceeded my expectation. The hotel included the breakfast and dinner, which basically will cover the whole day if you are OK having only 2 meals a day. Overall we enjoyed staying there, Thanks to all staff and management...

It has thermal pools which makes it interesting. They have a red pool which is a hot pool with red clay, indoor pool, outdoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi. Accommodation is basic but clean. Breakfast and dinner is included and they have a lot of options specially for dinner! Really a unique and fun hotel!

We stayed only one night and most of the next day since we had a late flight out and got late check out for 3 pm. The staff were great. The breakfast and dinner were included and were good but not at the level of other hotels we stayed at in Turkey. There are multiple pools including a 25 meter square outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool. A large indoor hot pool and kiddie pool and whirlpool. Finally there is the red pool. This I think may be natural mineral water but is was brown, had leaves and things floating in it and there was a wasp infestation near there. The other pools were great.

Great hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Large and tasty selection of food for breakfast and dinner. One downside during our stay was that the outside pool was not working (end dates changed every day).

The hotel is very large. It is designed for tour buses coming through. The front staff were very helpful. The rooms are adequate and clean. A little outdated but was in good condition and the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed the great pools and sauna this place offers. We were surprised to learn that a free dinner buffet was included. We thought there’d only be breakfast. There’s a large variety of food options to choose from. The room wasn’t as spectacular to be called “five-star”, but the room was clean and the shower was great. We came here for the spa anyway, and it’s a memorable experience

The room was ok. Property doesn’t have working internet in lobby or room. It’s far from Pamukkale and cab/taxi charges 100 liras for one way there. The plus points were the swimming pools indoor and outdoors / other water activities. My son wanted to play games on the premises in the game room and everything was chargeable. The lunch selection wasn’t good either. We checked out and didn’t wait for dinner and headed back to IST - didn’t wait to experience dinner.

Loved the property and their set up. The hotel room charges include a buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, heated pool and great location. Only negative is because of its location large number of guests come in bus loads.

Spa Getaway
We had a marvelous time. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and we were impressed with all of the Covid precautions they had in place. The mud bath and thermal waters were wonderful, and so was the service. The staff was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely stay there again.

While the staff are super friendly and the breakfast and dinner are exceptionally great, the rooms are not maintained very well. The double bed we got was 2 twin mattresses on a platform and there were no extra pillows. The shower head and the toilet flush button fell off!

Отличный отель. Удобное месторасположение. Суперский СПА-центр. Включены завтраки и ужины по системе шведский стол, которые очень вкусные и разнообразные.

Some rooms have pathetic view .... even those With garden view are ok type - unmaintained garden .... The carpet etc need cleaning and vegetarian options are limited - even was refused to prepare Maggi noodles in the kitchen (management policy was the reply) .... the common facilities are good .... but for the price offered, can’t complain much - better options are available even though the same are 4 stars (came to know as I had to change hotel for 3rd night as this hotel was fully booked.

The trip was amazing, as we had a memorable time seeing the Travertines and exploring the town of Pamukkale. The hotel is a world in its own with the hot pool standing out in terms of amenities. The staff was also super cooperative as we had arrived from Cappadocia via an overnight bus, and yet they had our rooms ready by 9 AM. One word of advice for those traveling with toddlers: come to the hotel with your supplies stocked up. Unlike some other hotels in Turkey, here you would be charged for even a bottle of milk and that too at 5 times the market price. Overall, a great recommendation.
