This was not my first time at this location. Last time I was here, I checked in late, and the front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby watching TV and was almost annoyed that I disturbed him at that hour. Next time I got there, I checked in late and the woman who checked me in gave me a late checkout for 12:30 pm; however, she didn't put it in the computer. The next morning when I returned back to my hotel after visiting my mom in memory care, my belongings were in the hallway in trash bags. The front desk manager was extremely rude and said they thought I check out; however, they had no record of me checking out. Instead of calling me and asking me if I was checking out (because all of my belongings were still there) they just threw everything away including my Invisalign retainers. In addition to all of that, my cat was in the room and they left the door wide open. They told me they didn't know the cat was in there, but they bagged up the litter box and food???? After freaking out, I went to the desk and they tried to say it was my fault because they didn't have any record of a late checkout, but they didn't even contact me to find out. What's the point of being a VALUED HILTONS MEMBER?? They gave me points on my Hilton account, but the feeling of having someone going through your belongings was so violating, the points don't even make up for the feeling. Beware of what the front desk help tell you. Double check everything.
