The hotel staff are excellent and their cleaning service is very good. The fixtures In the room eg: AC unit, shower heads/ handheld shower are broken and need fixing. The light in the bathroom was very poor. - If the rooms are well maintained This hotel would be my choice of stay. The rooms definitely need a lot of TLC.

The staff was very helpful for any kind of question and need, dont call it a hotel but a family for famille people.you know in all human small mistakes doesn't comeby but it is very secure place.

The staff and location of the property were great! It is located right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops, malls and the ferry nearby. I will also add that they had good cable with good mixture of stations and options for viewing. The hotel was a bit dated, and it could have been cleaned much better, there were things that I noticed that were overlooked by the cleaning staff. Also, one huge disappointment is they do not have a restaurant on sight, you are provided with takeout menus from nearby restaurants for delivery, a huge inconvenience.

I really appreciated that the staff packed my family a breakfast to go when we had an early flight and wouldn’t be able to have breakfast before leaving.

Clean hotel with good breakfast. Room was large and clean, if lacking in character. Neighborhood is quieter than other parts of central Dar, and pleasant to walk around in.

The location was very central and one could walk around to lots of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The selection and service at the restaurant was excellent. I would highly recommend the property.
