Very run down property. Rooms are dirty, mattresses are hard, half the light bulbs in my room were burnt out, room smelled like fast food.

This is an old hotel that has been given a low budget facelift. The AC unit in our room was so loud it was absurd - it sounded like a motorcycle. The rooms and hallways smelled so strongly of air freshener it was difficult to sleep.

My husband is use to a harder bed. Toilet seemed so short because we have handicap toilets, I guess.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice quiet hotel. However, there's no food options nearby. The bed was too hard, not comfortable at all. Pillows were lousy also.

The concierge was not friendly at all! We drove in late and we were not greeted with anything not even hello. My husband and I were just asked for name and needing a drivers license and what credit card we were using. No please or thank you! Rude’s person we have experienced like this. Disappointed Then we went to bar to have one drink and concierge was bartenders as well and still not pleasant at all. Also there were two other employees there and they were discussing work matters about being off. This should not be a discussion we’re guest are staying it should’ve been taken care of in office not in the open were other guest are this was so Very unprofessional.

The staff was amazing they offer five star hotel type service and obviously a lower and hotel. The staff was friendly engaging. I could go on and on and on definitely worth saying next time I come to Dallas.

The hotel room was mostly clean, but the fridge smelled awful. The beds are super uncomfortable. The pictures online make things like the bar seem way nicer than they actually are. The staff was very kind though.

The hotel is outdated. The rooms are decent size with sitting lounge area. The staff is exceptionally nice and kind. We reached late night and had to do laundry. One staff named 'GiGi' went above and beyond to help us out. The breakfast was mediocre but was helpful to have. Coffee could have been hotter. Housekeeping was done everyday. We had no problems during our stay .

Good area. Our only issue was signs said ice was on 1, 2, 4, 6th floors. I went to 4 & 6 and neither ice machine seemed to be working so I went to 1 and it worked.

Nice stay
Good location and welcoming front desk. They had breakfast being served but we did not eat there, & cannot speak on it. The room was a generous size, too bad there was no microwave but it was still nice. The shower had some moldiness around the caulking in shower, definitely could have used some bleach. Overall, a nice stay and we would stay again.

Hyatt Place was a very nice setting but some places have a nice lobby but the rooms are only so so. My room was excellent and it felt very comfortable with little touches that made it less anonymous. I also really liked the breakfast set up. I had never seen it set up quite like that and it seemed like someone took a little extra care thinking it out. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
