The rooms were fairly updated, but not clean or kept up. there was a bulb for one of the lights in the bathroom. The walls looked like they had food smears. The lobby and surrounding areas smelled faintly of sewage. We were thankful our room didn't smell. It was right off the highway so we heard cars all night, but it was easily accessible. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice.
We have stayed at this location a few times. We have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. This time there was a musty smell on the elevator, the door to our room did not latch when we closed it (we had to push or pull it to make sure it latched), the tv was on when we arrived. We found out the reason was because the remote would not turn it off or change channels. We were able control the volume. We did speak with the desk on our check out and she said she would turn that info in. We enjoy your establishment and look forward to future visits.
Airport shuttle is not avaiable for Dallas Forthworth airport. I had to pay for an uber to take me back to the airport. This was unexpected as Expedia and Comfort lnn states free airport shuttle. They say it is only for the local airport when at the motel.. This needs to be clear stated when booking so that travelers are aware. I only booked this motel because of the free airport shuttle. Additional the rooms are dated with paint peeling in bathroom and grout peeling. Though 1 front desk clerk was kind and he tried to help me, the other frontdesk clerk was rude. I would not stay at this nor any other choice motel.
Kitchen smells like mildew, lobby couches have huge stains, shower ceiling is damaged, second story floor seems tilted. I was happy not to see any roaches…but that was a surprise.

Thank you for your review. At this time we are going through a renovation.
The sheets were dirty, the food was okay. The apples I had were not good though. My room smelled funky like a smoking room and I asked for a non smoking room. But the service was good. But I guess you get what you pay for
Staff was very rude but before we could even go inside the pictures are false advertising there was windows knocked out and tape visible to try and hold the windows in
The hotel was beyond filthy and the staff could care a less. The floors were dirty, beds and paint literally peeling and falling off the ceilings. Stains everywhere from the halls to inside the room. Asked to speak w manager and no one even took the time to reach out. Moved to Crown Plaza and I prepaid, but I didn't care, my health and well being was more important than staying in a filthy hotel.
It seemed like everything was either broken, filthy, or questionable at best. Signs indicate the property is under construction…, I see no evidence of construction - only the extreme need for refurbishing.
the staff was very polite. the property was not well kept and it was not hanicap friendly my mom almost fell I couldnt tell you how many time in the parking lot
and the smell was terrible it smelt like sewer in the whole building
Old, run down building needs a lot of attention. Lobby is uninviting, furniture is beat, worn out and the staff was unprofessional. The breakfast was fair. The room was not modern. The bathroom needs a lot of repairs.
But for the cheapest room in Dallas, I guess I got what I paid for.
