The property was dirty and so was the room almost took my money as a loss and stayed elsewhere after going in the room had roaches there was a bloody bamd aid in the floor as for outside there was lights not working the parking lot had toilets sitting the entrance doors dont lock Overall i wont be staying here again

But you know what you are paying for 2 stars so
The only thing I can say is that I don’t have any problem with the morning shift because I think she is great with her job and customers service and the other people especially the African guy

I waited for a while for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Kids running up and down the hall at 11pm at night. The worst part was I went back in the bathroom after my daughter fell asleep and found a roach crawling in her make up box. We had to sleep with all of the lights on. Also the tub was peeling.

There was roaches coming out of the heater in the Bathroom and The shower chair was disgusting and still had filth on it from the last person to use it. There was mold in the bathtub and at about 2 o’clock in the morning a mouse came out from underneath the bed closest to the AC/heater and ran over to the trash can! The area is not the greatest and it was an overall bad experience one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and was really upset at the whole stay!

My standards are not high when it comes to hotels but this place is very strange and unclean. Stains on the sheets and walls. Flickering lights. Shower made a continuous squeak while running. Strange smells in hallway. Bugs (maybe Beatles?) in lobby. And overall creepy vibe. There are no key cards, it is number pads, which would be fine but we were given the code written on a sheet of paper. It all felt strange and uncomfortable.

I told staff of plumbing issues in room I checked in, completely backed up and clogged. Overall it's good value as motel/hotel in columbus are expensive.

PLEASE READ. DONT STAY!
DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I would have read the reviews before staying. Typically I don’t read them because they seem over dramatic but this time they are true! Place is DIRTY, LOUD TILL 2am and has roaches and bed bugs. Hallways are nasty. Half ate candy and trash line the halls. Kids running around with no shoes and climbing on the counters. Yes we got a refund but I am saving you the trouble. Front desk staff was understanding but this place needs turned into the heath department.

This is by far the worst place ive ever stayed. The room was dirty and had roaches in it, the fridge didnt work, the bed was so old it had dips in it the sheets had burn marks all in it. The bathroom was so small the door would not open all the way, the sink leaked and was not put in all the way, the wiring looked like it could start a fite at any moment. There was such a bad smell to the qhole room the ac hardly worked and to top it all off kids were running around all night well past 11pm. This is where coke addicts go to die be very aware

Drum beat was excessive and loud interfered with checkin as party room was directly across from check in desk. It was noisy with people and children in parking lot and near outside door. Outside door lock was broken and anyone could enter the hotel. There was no remote for tv that worked. The bed was very nice and the room was clean.

Blood on pillows and sheets and mattress. Black mold in the bathroom. Stains on bathroom walls. Blood on bath towels. Found old food in the room. Went out to eat and came back and someones hat was in our room. So someone had been in our room while we were gone. Also key cards did not work so employees had to come with us to let us in our room every time we would leave and come back to our room.
