When I arrived customer service was great, because my family and I rented 3 rooms. but after I went to my room that’s when the disaster begins. .1 bathroom shower was dirty with a brown color and hair in the tub. I went back to the front desk to report it ,and the young man that was working at the reception desk told me that’s how the tub is . 2. The tissue holder was broken 3. Phones does so in bedrooms 4. There was a loud noise coming from the AC unit. So I went back to the front desk to report it. And that’s when I got a room change. 5. All floors smell like mariguana. 6. I was surprised on the morning of my check out around after 8:00 Am there was a knocking on my door, and although I had the do not disturb sign on my door, the front desk receptionist went above my request to disturb me.when I answered the door. She states that she was just checking to see if I already checked out because some rooms along with mine was showing that we were check out which is unacceptable, because check out time is at 11:00Am. This hotel was not up to my standards but because it was paid for I just go with the flow. I think I should be compensated for all the uncomfortable accommodation.

Everyone on staff was respectful most extended into kindness and friendliness. The first room we were given had a broken door. We were moved to another room. It had a spill on the floor that had been missed in cleaning, as everything else was clean. The sheets were polyester and not comfortable, I do expect better quality at that price point. The breakfast was good and a nice variety. I didn't love that they served nut waffles as I'm allergic. It's a bit scary TBH. All in all it was a decent stay. Oh and there were loud people blasting tv until 3:30am!

Had a rough start checking in, room key didn't work and had to go back downstairs and get the key redone. Went back to the room and when I opened the door the room was already occupied. Went back downstairs and reported that the room was occupied and was given another room. The room was fine once I got checked-in and the sound proofing was good in between the rooms. The hallways and outside the hotel constantly smelt like the smoke from the guests but I know they can't control that.

Breakfast was very limited and not well managed. Our room was clean but overall the hotel seemed a bit run down and not well kept. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I could not check into the hotel at 3pm. They were still cleaning and I had an event to get ready for. I had to get ready in the restroom of my event. This was not acceptable.

Few strange people milling around outside & just sitting in cars in lot. Tv cable system is ridiculous had to change rooms just to see Super Bowl. Breakfast was clean but less than appealing.

The fire. Alarm was missing in our room. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The rooms are nice, clean and bright. Staff are disengaged and do the bare minimum to greet customers. They act like they don’t want to be there.

Awesome stay

Unsafe dirty marijuana odor thru out 3rd floor because some random person break in to our room on first floor after midnight door initially looked damaged but when asked lady at desk said it was normal used tear but clearly that wasn’t the case it was more to it but we left same morning 5 AM

Not the best.
My biggest issue was the roach that crawled into my coffee cup. checking in was not easy either. I asked for a room rate that I had seen when checking for hotels in the area. They refused to honor it and said that I could only get that rate if I booked online. so I had to get online and book the room instead of going to bed at 10 pm.

Front desk was friendly. Although I thought the interaction was going South for a minute because there were two attendants and one was helping another customer, and I was standing there waiting for the second attendant to tend to me. After about 20 seconds of being ignored, the attendant finally acknowledged me. Room was decent. We were disappointed because we asked for service on the second day and didn't receive it. They did go in the room only to leave towels tho. Bed wasn't made, trash not removed, nothing. One of the wash cloths was torn. Very tacky. The bed was low to the floor. It was lower than a normal dinner chair. Luckily, we're active people and it presented no issue for us, but might be problematic for older or less mobile people. The room walls are thin. I could hear conversations from the hallway and also from my room. Floors are also noisy. Sounded like the room above us was doing major renovation. But room was spacious. I could probably give a 5 out of 10 for this one.

Cleanest hotel, we have stayed at in a very long time. Staff was very courteous and nice and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. Located in a very nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again, and again, and again.

They charged my card HOURS before the check in time even though i asked to pay in property. When i asked for a refund so i could pay cash they told me it could take upto 12 days. The room card worked only one time at a time, we had to ask to get it fixed every time we wanted to enter the room. They didn’t tell us they wouldn’t clean for 3 days unless we ask for it and after that they entered the room several times to clean even though we didn’t ask for it. Breakfast was below expectations.

Room had a terrible chemical smell, caused our eyes to water and throat to burn. Staff were helpful but could not fix the issue, and another room had the same issue. We felt sick after staying here, not recommended at all.

Everything was wonderful. Only downside is that the website didn’t mention a deposit, so I paid online in advance only to find a printed sign on the desk as I walk in that there’s a 150$ deposit. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to know in advance on the website when booking.

I was able to stay here over the thanksgiving break. When we checked in there were no doubles available which it was the type of room we booked, but they were able to accommodate us to making our reservation work with no additional charge or changes needed on our end.

We were there to attend the BCT Graduation for our son. It was very convenient to get to Ft. Jackson. I really liked the room and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing was the elevator floor really needed to be cleaned. Maybe that person was on vacation that week. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
