This property was falsely advertised as update to date and State of the art, IT IS NOT!!! IT'S OLDDD,old technology TV no streaming and broken TV tech called, USB ports didn't work, ripped up furniture, poor breakfast choices, trash in the hallway for 2 days, the pull out bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable NO ONE COULD SLEEP ON IT! No enough bedding, no liquid dish detergent in room, refrigerator was dented old and very hard to open. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Plus member, I want a refund for this horrible stay!! My husband is partially disabled and all the staff offered was to move us to another old room after we had already been settled in!! Expedia just sent me back to the hotel management and The hotel management sent me back to Expedia and said you just wanted to get rid of me and my complaints and not refund me!!! I want a refund for all of this inconvenience and trouble and false advertising from Expedia!! If going to report the false advertising everywhere and let everyone know not to use Expedia and that Marriott Bonvoy is falsely advertised as well!!!
