Easy check in. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the casino, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is weak. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice.

This property is definitely one of my first choices when coming to stay in town the property is clean and the area is nice but the front desk staff can be off putting at times depending on who is at the front desk they really put emphasis on not smoking on their property and will let you know that if they get an idea that it may be you they will call the cops on you and have them deal with it which isn't very welcoming but I understand and also a couple times that I stayed there they came into my room 5 to 10 minutes before check out but again it is one of the nicer places to stay in this town

A little off the beaten path in proximity to central Cherokee. Breakfast was sparse with watered down juices. Overall not a bad stay.

The hotel was overall suitable at very reasonable price, there was nothing that would cause me to avoid this hotel if I am in the area again. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which are the two most important factors for me. The staff was also pleasant and helpful, which was nice. There are a few of areas I see room for minor but meaningful improvements, however. There was an odd, overpowering smell of curry in the hallways, but it wasn't noticable in the room, thankfully. Also, while I didn't expect a free gormet breakfast, a few protein options would be nice (hard boiled eggs, yogurt, ect.) instead of simply offering carbs and fruit. It would also be nice if the TV's supported streaming services like Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Fubo, ect.

Very clean & bed/mattress slept really well. Staff very friendly & professional. Breakfast was lacking, coffee not good & juice taste bad. Hear/air unit in our room was very noisy. Everything else was excellent!

Cherokee stay
The hotel was very clean. Had trouble with one of the lamps but staff responded fast to fix it. The heater went out on the last night but staff responded fast but could not get it fixed. No phone service while we were at the hotel. Overall it was a very convenient stay for the kind of trip we were on. If you stay near the Casino the phone service was better.

The front desk receptionist was great, the room was very neat and clean, but we stay 3 nights, no one offered any extra towels, and the garbage was were never emptied. Breakfast area for a hotel that size was to small
