I called and asked if there was a deposit they told me no booked the room came in and they made me pay a deposit for a none smoking room and then when I told them I did not have it they told me I can’t get a room and made me leave with my new born child

More and more surprises every stay in the USA. For $80 plus tax with no breakfast I would expect at least some decent room. But the room, hotel, reception area etc are just disgusting.

I didn't have any hot water to take a shower. It just wasn't a pleasant stay. Yet I only had a overnight layover, so it was whatever. However when I walked to Waffle House I saw many other surrounding hotels I could have chose instead.

The property was well lit. This is definitely a pay for what you get. There were people lurking around at 230 in the AM when my flight arrived late. The door inside appeared as if it had been kicked in at one point and door lock replaced. There was "browning" of the some of the linens showing excessive use. This is the type of place you check for bed bugs. Thankfully none found on my stay

The room stunk. We could tell it wasn’t very clean but we thought it would be ok for just one night. A couple of hours in I opened the microwave and there layer a ham sandwich that was not ours. If the didn’t check and clean the microwave I’m pretty sure they didn’t bother to change the sheets. We grabbed our things and fled that nasty room. I didn’t ask to speak to anyone we just grabbed our stuff and got out of there. You can have an older establishment and still clean it so there is no for how dirty that room was.

upon arrival at this motel, there where bumbs hanging around the fause hardwood floor was in terrible conditions, and there was absolutely NO HEAT, yes the heater did not work in the room, so the owner brought me a very small space heater, the bathroom sink had a bad faucet and was sprewing water all over the counter, My car was Vandalize at this hotel, and i think the FRONT DESK STAFF member had someone to do it

I.am the type of person when traveling who just wants a cheap, clean, and functional room to sleep in with the advertised amenities. This place may have been cheap but .... Everything was broken. The toilet seat moved. Before learning this. It pinched my leg while sitting on it and I have a 3 inch round bruise from it. I attempted to tighten. The bolts but the bolts just spun and needed replaced The toilet needed to be flushed two or three times after each use. There was no hot water. The security latch to the door was missing. Several electrical outlets just didn't work. If you plugged something into them it would just fall out. The television turned on but there were no channels to watch. Serval light bulbs were either burned out or flickering. The seal around the outside door was missing huge chunks and let in a draft. There are holes in the shower wall from a missing grab bar. Ice machine was out of order. There is a huge crack in the bathroom floor where the sub floor is exposed. The only good things I ha e to say are: The heat worked. The refrigerator worked. I have stayed in cheaper hotels that are in much better condition.

Photos are deceiving
Dingy towels, mold on shower curtains, roaches, burn holes in comforter, dingy sheets,door didn't shut properly, leakage from roof in front of room, causing puddles (horrible slip hazard). Room smelled awful. Also the television did not work. Wish I had taken photos. But I was so disappointed and disgusted I just left.

Once entering the lobby (a walk-in room with a night window) I knew immediately why the room was so cheap. It was filthy. The room proved no better. While there were no signs of bedbugs, this place would make you cringe.

This property is a DUMP,......a lot of locals live here,......bathroom was dirty,...bed coverings was dirty,..large gaps around the door, floor was half ass sweept,.. and only 8 direct TV channels to view.

My first day there I was greeted with a swarm of police around the hotel searching for some one with k9dogs. There was a lot of unnecessary traffic with different people on the lot which made me and my family uncomfortable. The cleaning in this hotel needs to be reevaluated. We had a big water bug in our room as well as gross drain gnats. I’m kind of disappointed seeing the other property owned by the same owner is in much better shape. I hope you all can fix this because I would hate to see this establishment get shut down. Or ran down
