The condo was in very good condition. A few minor issues that should be addressed. The skylight in the master bedroom should have a shade like the one in the guest bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was easily accessible, but did not allow for firestick streaming without bad buffering. The communication with the owners and management company was excellent.

The ceiling in the bedroom had a huge leak and leaked water all night long on top of the bed and all over the room and destroyed our clothing and belongings. We had to stay up all night draining three different buckets. Parts of the ceiling began to collapse and fall on top of us. There was mold growing all over the wet ceiling creating a health hazard. We contacted the management and they ignored us and could care less about what was going on. We were charged a ridiculous amount of money for the room and the management didn’t even consider refunding part of it for the horrible conditions. Do not stay here. The room should be condemned and demolished for human safety and health hazards.

Sameer, we found that the condo did indeed develop some water damage from an ice dam and accumulated snow melt that was getting inside. Unfortunately we never heard from you about these issues and only discovered them when cleaning the condo after your departure. There was no ceiling collapse and one night of water leaking would not lead to mold either, so I'm not sure why you made those claims. We have repaired all the damage to this condo and are reaching out to you directly to figure out why there was an issue in contacting us to report the problem. We take all guests issues seriously and address them immediately. We would have been happy to compensate you and move you had we known about the issue during your stay.

Rundown dump.

DO NOT book anything from Killington Vacation Rentals. You may get a nice place but likelihood you could also get a rundown and dumpy place. This happened to us and my complaints to KVR was somewhat quite embarrassing. Their said that their description and price reflected the conditions faced during my stay in the dump. They offered me a 20% discount on my next booking and promise me that they would place me in a newer condo?? Poor Customer service and care. Never again, Renter Beware!!

The property was spacious and in a great location to get to the slopes easily. However, it badly needs modernising. The bathroom is basic with taps that need two hands to turn the water on. The kitchen is poorly equipped with plastic crockery. Overall very disappointing.

When you rent something in Mountain Green, it's better to stay in building 3 with the pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, restaurant. Otherwise you'll have to walk/drive up there. The studio we were in has a sunroof with no blinds which was annoying for our little kid from 5 a.m. every morning. The only thing missing in this condo complex is breakfast. I wouldn't mind even if it was for additional price. The location is great!

Very special thanks to the property general manager Ms. Linda Wolf for her professionalism, exceptional service and sense of humor. The hotel has amazing location, very close to all area attractions and main roads including the one to Killington Ski resort which is less than 30 away. Has very friendly staff, fantastic sauna and Year-round heated swimming pool. Highly recommend!

Celebrating my birthday with friends!

We had an amazing stay. The place was in good condition, clean. Even though there is no formal lobby or reception, the access to the room was easy. We called and received our door code. Nothing more to do or say. Kitchenette was well supplied for the 4 of us. The shuttle service worked well, easy to get back and forth. Also spent time in the pool. Relaxing weekend.

Disappointed!

The location and scenery was perfect. However, regarding building 2, unit D-9: 1. The mattress in this 1 bedroom unit is disgusting. It felt like it was 50 years old. There was no support. There is big depressed lump with the feeling of springs popping through it, and it was practically sitting on the floor—Deplorable. It looked and felt like a mattress from a homeless shelter or flop house. 2. The pots were so dirty I couldn’t use any of them and thus did not cook as I had planned. (which was the whole point of renting the unit) I even had to wash the dishes before using them.

Fall Color trip

Fall color trip. Great view from the balcony on to the mountain. Super fitness and pool rooms. no personal contact or check in. All on line. Clean and comfortable. Had a kitchen so can make your own meals if staying for extended time. Restaurant I believe is closed in off season. It was for us. Would I go back there again. Yes

Great Stay, One Very Minor Complaint/Inconvenience

Great stay, only minor compliant was the following: when we tried to take a shower, it didn't work. All of the rest of the water was working. After much searching it turned out that there was a "shut-off switch" in the utility closest. We initially didn't suspect that since (like I said) all of the rest of the water was on. After we flipped the switch, the shower worked. Very odd and I wish there was a note or some indication this was an issue. A minor inconvenience to us, but others may not have stumbled upon it like we did. There was a 24 hr maintenance number to call, but we didn't call since we found it ourselves. Walking distance to Showshed or Ramshead, but you have to walk across a large parking lot. The shuttle was easier - frequent shuttles and drops you right off at Showshed. Wood burning fireplace was working and a nice feature. Plenty of firewood outside to use. I would certainly stay again.

Bare minimum... or not even

we went there skiing, and when we arrived,realized that there is no office, no one to talk to, ... just a code.I asked for early check-in for one of the rooms, to accommodate a young pregnant woman in or party; the "no" response was very dry.not enough towels in bathroom, not a single one on kitchen. The suite had the very bare minimum (i.e. kitchenette and coffee machine, but nothing else than a little salt and pepper... no instructions As unwelcoming as it comes

Great location not a great experience

The room was dated and the beds were not the most comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in cooking equipment 3 pots but no pan. The condo took 24 hours to heat up which led to a cold first night. We were next to the elevator so if someone took a ride we knew. We also had very loud upstairs neighbors. The kids screamed and the parents screemed at the kids. Luckily they were not there after the first night. The management company was responsive to issues and were very helpful. The pool and spa were great. My son was disappointed that most of the arcade games were broken. In the end we went their to ski and snowboard so the location was great and the snow sports were amazing.

Well, the location is great. Close to the slope and frequent bus (every 15 mins). We also liked the health center with pool and jacuzzi. The unit (1C6) has potential but the kitchen was filthy (dirty dishes and utensils) and the tv was ancient... We had to clean all the dishes and utensils before using any of them...

Dated and dirty

The locations proximity to ski and the resort amenities are great but the particular unit that we were given was very dated and dirty. This particular unit appeared to have no upgrades to anything but the carpet since probably the 80's. There were many broken items in the unit that could be easily replaced/fixed for minor cost that would help the overall appearance. The unit was dirty as well with obvious dust and dirt in many locations. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed in some time by evidence of the hair that would cover your socks from walking across it. I'm not a very picky person but this was more than disappointing for the price paid!

A few items to be aware of about this rental...

Since the listing does not state it explicitly, here a few key items to be aware of regarding this listing, which we did not find out until after we booked it: 1. The rooms are located in one of the exterior buildings, and not in the main Building #3 where the restaurant, ski shop, pool, fitness center, etc. is 2. The room will be one of many assigned by the condo association 2 days prior to the check-in date, and you cannot choose your room (e.g., the photo listed with this feedback submission is not the room we were assigned). 3. You cannot get in touch with the owners to ask any questions, and they did not respond to the questions submitted at the time of the booking. The Mountain Green Rental Office told me they don't rent through VRBO, so would not speak to me either. Only after calling back a few times did I get in touch with someone who was helpful. 4. Bathrooms/toilets were not cleaned well and beds are not high quality 5. Room was cold, even though thermostats were turned up All-in it was not a terrible stay since there were no major issues; but just don't expect a high quality rental experience.

Not Happy

Property is getting old, needs a new kitchen faucet very stiff to turn on tv in bedroom old ,sofa bed very uncomfortable needs an overhaul! I expect more! Building 2 is farthest from spa etc.Restaurant was closed. Mini mart closed for renovations,not happy.Fire wood was all wet and not seasoned,as far as I could tell

Spacious and convenient

Love our unit C13 at building 3 (pool, etc is on this building). Kitchen was well equipped since we did most of our meals in. Great layout for the five of us. Twin beds plus two sofa beds and a king. Very spacious, which was a big plus so another two families could come over and had dinners together. Walking distance to the lifts. Easy to take the shuttle which is constantly running. only 3 things I wished it was better: the wifi didn't work too well... We were disconnected here and there. One more thing would be to have new equipment in the gym and cool air in there! It was too tight, and it got too hot while exercising. AND the WATER tasted too bad, so bad we needed to buy bottles of water and the vending machine was out of bottles. So my big advice bring water when you come to this building.

Very outdated and not well equipped

The location is very close to ramshead and Snowshed on Killington but the building and condo is old and be aware that the condo you get is not necessarily what you see in picture. The pool and fitness club are in the main building and there are 3 buildings so you may have to walk in between. I will say I appreciated that the sheets and pillows were clean and new (not the comforters though). The dishwasher was on its last leg but micro fridge and stove worked. Walls are very thin and could hear neighbors next door and upstairs from our bedroom. The condo does provide firewood which would have been good to know before we bought 2 bundles. Shower had very little water pressure and bathroom is very small.

Great price at base of killington

The room was great for the price. Plenty of room. Very near Killington - walked over in morning. Only small "complaint" was that we were "between" season many of the amenities were not open , or not open late. Understandable, as it would be money foolish to pay people when there were just a handful of people at the condo. I would definitely book this room again

great location but not well cleaned

Great location and easy check in. However, the bathroom and kitchen floors were sticky, one of the kitchen chairs was sticky and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Pictures and description posted online didn't not reflect what the condo actually looked like.
