Things wrong or did not work: Mini fridge, blinds hanging off window, internet, pool closed, laundry closed, bathtub clogged and didn't drain at all.. Breakfast not stocked-no coffee, juice or fruit. Waffle iron broken. Property in poor condition. No 3rd shift staff to assist.

Waited at front desk for 20 minutes before being waited on. Asked to see room prior to checking in because two people came to front desk asking for towels and were told there were none. Went to room and comforter had a big stain on it as did 2 pillows. Was taken to another room that was just as bad and had no towels. Area beside bed hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Asked for refund and left. Very disgusting hotel.

The rooms had holes in the wall, a broken bathroom, no internet, not enough lighting, broken lock on door and back entrance door did not need a key fob to open, juice machine broken for morning breakfast. Property needs major renovations and care.

Their wifi was not working, pool was closed, no kleenex in room, only had 1 washcloth, phone didn't work, smelled weed in the hallways, washer/dryer out of order, not much left for breakfast 1/2 hour after it started - but 3 employees were sitting down with very full plates & one said "early bird catches the worm!" Used to be a Quality Inn. Do not stay here!!

Nothing special or unique. There was absolutely nothing in the rooms as a phone, no trash bins the one trash bin that was there was dirty and full of food. It was just not a good experience at all.

It’s very dated. Not very comfortable. Loud. You can easily hear other guests. They had decorations from every holiday up at the front desk and it just looks messy. Just pulling up you will see it’s not kept well, the curtains hang all broken and it needs tending too. The housekeeping was being lectured when I walked in to check in and they saw me waiting but didn’t ask if I needed help. So I left and waited to come back and check in. Luckily the snow storm was coming so I decided to leave the hotel early. Pool was broken as was the vending machines. It’s in a perfect spot but it’s not a good place to stay. I was there for work. If you want a cheap spot that’s walking distance from shopping and food it’s ok. I won’t be back.

We had people talking/standing outside our door from midnight until we checked out. A woman screaming at 4 am for someone to go away. A lady of the night in the elevator. And the pool was closed.

Not Ready For Prime Time
It seems that this hotel was newly acquired from another hotel owner who didn't take care of the place. This hotel should not be open until a lot of repairs are done. We registered for a suite with a king bed and another room with two full beds. We were contacted to say that they didn't have that room available at the time because it wasn't ready. So we accepted a room with two doubles at a lower price. They didn't have any rooms with two queens. The first room smelled like smoke, though it was supposed to be smoke-free. They moved us down the hall, but this room smelled foul and we discovered half-eaten pizza under the bed. The third room was across from the office on the first floor. This one was acceptable for smell, but we did find some water bottles under the bed. As we were trying to fall asleep, we could hear the conversations coming from the office and as people passed by the door. It wasn't very soundproof. On top of all of that, the trash bags that were collected from cleaning the rooms were just left at the end of the hall by the stairs. I don't know why they weren't thrown in the dumpsters. And the side entrance didn't even have a latch on the door. You could just pull it open. There was no breakfast service and the vending machines were all empty. We did get a signed note from the manager saying that we were entitled to 50% off of our next stay because of all of our troubles, but it was all handwritten. I did get a good night's sleep, regardless.

Room was not clean. Floor in the bathroom was dirty. When I pulled the shower curtain closed, a used washcloth fell from the rod. Vending machines were empty. Pool and public washer/dreyr were both "closed until further notice" The whole building appeared to be in a state of disrepair.

Not the best
The hotel looked great online, but after check-in the room had mud in the floor, a used fake nail on the safe. There was only one towel on the room for two of us. No one was ever at the desk because they were outside somewhere. Super noisy also. Breakfast was decent at least.

The description is WAYYY too flattering
The hotel must be mid renovations. When we showed up, there was a handwritten note on the door to call a number for check-ins. Then, they put us in a room that was not ready; the door was propped open and the bedding was off. We got a new room, but it was still in rough condition. The hallways were being painted. The pool was out of order. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and the worker who let us into the new room said, "You shoulda seen it a few months ago. It was even worse." Not a great stay. Super shady.

Terrible. Had reserved two rooms. We left after going into rooms. Neither were cleaned. No towels. Refrigerator full of mildew. Lights in room missing bulbs and broken, Curtains broken. Bedding not cleaned. Pool out of service. No attendant at counter @ 7p. Paper note on front door to call mobile # if no attendant on duty.

Room was clean. But Shower had hair in it. One towel for 4 people. Towel was rolled up and im not sure it was clean. Hallways were dirty and paint job left something to be desired. Staff left front desk at 10pm. Pool was closed. I was told breakfast was 6am to 930am. There was no breakfast served. Beer cans were left out on front desk as if they had partied the night before. My family felt unsafe there as if I was staying in a drug house. It was an awful experience.

Dont stay here!
Not the worst experience ever but not great. Definitely would not recommend to anyone! Pros: bed was new & comfortable. Room pretty clean. No bugs. Cons: mostly everything else. Started with check in process - waited for the 2 workers to finish a conversation then the first words spoken were "do you have a reservation?" Not a hello, or how can we help you type of greeting. After giving my name, the 2 workers did things on the computer while ignoring us. Was asked to sign a paper and then was handed two key cards. Nobody checked ID, confirmed reservation length, told us about amentities, etc. Hallway smelled like cigarettes but room didn't smell. Shower barely worked first 2 days (flow was a trickle) but started miraculously working the 3rd day. TV did not work ever. When reported, we were asked to do the channel set up. A worker? (not sure who was a worker and who wasnt as they all wore street clothes and no name tags) came to do channel set up but it still didnt work afterwards. Noticed a stain on the bedsheets. When we told front desk, they handed us unfolded sheets from a large bin - expecting us to change our own sheets. Housekeeping never visited during 3-night stay. Returned 1 night to find staff partying in parking lot w/portable grill. Curtains would not completely close & had to use a hair clip (1sr flr, facing parking lot). Dilapidated furniture, only 2 hangers. No iron. Didnt look at breakfast due to how shady everything else was. Unable to get receipt.

Paint falling off bathroom ceiling. Hair dryer didn’t work. Staff interrupted stay to double check that I was the correct person staying in the room!!?? Soiled bath towel. Empty vending machines. Paint drop cloths covering 2nd floor hallway. Cigarette smoke/smell all along first floor hallway. Coffee maker missing basket so couldn’t make coffee. Refrigerator so loud it interrupted sleep. Much to be improved.

Disappointing
Overall disappointed with the condition of this place. Beds were awful, no clock or phone in the room, an alarm went off all evening down the hall, not a very secure building. When we arrived, there was a scuttle in the lobby with a non guest and guest that made the location not very safe. A 2nd story window was open with no screen at the end of the hall and the person checking the rooms looked like she had just stepped out of a strip club. Will not stay there again.

This hotel was not at all as advertised. Disgustingly gross! Dirty, missing vent in bathroom along with toilet paper dispenser. Went to call front desk, no phone cord attached to phone at all. Did I mention dirty? Coffee ingredients in room, but no coffee maker. Blood stain on mattress. two people staying for two nights, only one wash cloth. :-( so disappointed!

Hallways elevator and common areas smelled like pee. We borrowed a plug in that was by the front desk and put it in our hallway. The elevator was unacceptable. We took the stairs after the first use. Carpet was filthy.

Disappointing
A couple staff members were nice but one was rude. The room had dog hair all over the floor and stains on the walls. Bathroom ceiling was peeling and the fan cover was gone. Washing machine was broken. Thoroughly checked for bedbugs/roaches and there was no sign of them thankfully. The air conditioner worked well.

Stay Away, Stay Far Away
Trouble began at checkin, credit card machines not functional. Walking toward the room, door was open lights on. No available plugins near bedstand. Had to plug cellphone into outlets in bathroom. Buttons on TV remote and alarm clock not functional. Mattress was actually very comfortable. Entire hotel needs a gut and remodel. Staff not much better than the hotel. Got up in the morning for a shower, no shower curtain. Tried to shower carefully, but the knob that switched from tub spout to shower wouldn't stay engaged, soap up then push button to rinse. Met maid in hall she shrugged her shoulders when told about no shower curtain. About the same reaction from front desk. Walked out the door sure I will never stay there again, and questioning how Wyndham and AmeriCinn still allow their name on the front.

Gave us an occupied room
We were there for a baseball tournament. Just my son and myself. Hotel is old, run down, and worth about half the cost they charge to stay there. When we checked in there was one person working who seemed overwhelmed. She assigned us a room and when we opened the door it was an occupied room with a dog who started barking at us! The room was a total mess, looking like someone had been staying there a while. When I went back to the desk, I was met with "it wasn't me who assigned the rooms, it was a co worker". The desk worker then said that they were oversold on rooms and talked to the person who was in that room and he said that he and his mother didn't want to switch rooms and they started talking about that. I had to interrupt to say, "Do I have another room or not?" After about 10 minutes they assigned me another room. The luggage cart going to the room was broken and barely made it to the room. The room was okay. The best part was the great AC. The curtains were broken and held together in one place at the top with a paper clip and electrical-type tape. My son had to stand on a chair to 'fix' the clipped part so the curtains would completely close. The TV turned on from the back of it, but the remote did not work at all. Breakfast the next day was decent, but there was no coffee! All the coffee containers were empty.
