We loved everything about this hotel and wish we could give it five stars all around. However we slept very poorly both nights we were here. The room was great and comfortable but the bed sank in the middle and we couldn’t sleep deeply and be comfortable.. Also, if you are downstairs you hear every movement upstairs and we were awakened in the middle of the night from people walking upstairs ( we had earplugs in). The staff was super kind and helpful and the location is perfect

the king room was nice and bed was super comfortable. Easy check in, parking was ok, limited in the parking lot across the street. Only downside.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was cozy with very nice cotton sheets. From the front door you step out onto Baker Street which is the main shopping and dining district of Nelson. So many choices of food and such cute shops. We will be back for sure.

Excellent experience
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was great, and the restaurant connected to the hotel had delicious food. The free parking is across the street, but there is a loading zone right in front of the hotel.

Loved how clean and updated the rooms were. The bathroom was big. Co It was very inviting, lobby was decorated for Christmas and had a fire going. We loved how easy it was to walk down the street and check out the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

No wifi signal in the room we were assigned and staff unwilling to assign us a different room not a big deal but when you are paying 200 for one night you would think you could get what you paid for the front desk was rude never spending my money there again

Pet room that we paid for meant we could not use the “dine-in only” meal vouchers at hotel restaurant and they would not allow our dog in restaurant patio so….. Either allow hotel guest pets ONLY on patio or make exception for pet room guests to get take out meals on voucher. VERY disappointing.
