Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.

Great location
The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

We love staying at San Felice
This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. That's the best advice I can give to someone. They will do absolutely everything possible to treat you badly and if for any reason you cannot make it to Capri (my reason was that there were simply no ferries to Capri due to bad weather) they will simply hold your money and tell you that this is your problem not theirs. If you don't believe me, read other comments like mine. Trust me, go find any other hotel in Capri and save yourself a ton of headache and money

One advice to people looking for a hotel in Capri, do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. They have extremely old looking rooms. Our washroom sink kept clogging which was gross. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion nothing. One of the nights the evening receptionist asked us for our key before we left for dinner how bizarre. My husband asked why he needed the key and the receptionist had no answer. Did i mention we paid $950 CAD for 2 nights. Just beyond terrible. We were here for our honeymoon, never returning again.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Mattresses need to be revamped as they really hurt my husbands back. Location is EXCELLENT. Situated quietly in the corner, yet walkable and SUPER convenient to all major hot spots. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and I would recommend bringing your own soaps/shampoo. Extremely nice people, with excellent service. They helped me set up a boat ride within seconds, and offered To help with anything and everything. We even stayed an extra night because we were very satisfied. Thank you.

We booked a superior 3 beds room and when we arrived to our surprise we had a 1 bed and a couch/bed. They replaced the 1 bed with 2 small and the staff was questioning us with some type of attitude, no professionalism . There are other options at this price range.

Bel hotel avec piscine bien situé au coeur de Capr i Les services pour un 4 étoiles laissent à désirer : chambres disponibles qu' à partir de 14h00, le service bagages à l"aller est proposé à l 'arrivée du bateau et non annoncé comme payant mais facturé par l'hotel à hauteur de 15 euros par bagage ... Aucun service bagage proposé pour le départ !

l'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta. Hotel molto pulito dotato di piscina ed una colazione di discreto livello. Le stanze si presentano con uno stile classico. Uniche pecche: aria condizionata un po troppo rumorosa (ma si dorme bene comunque), Nella stanza mancavano delle prese per caricare il cell sul comodino (ma forse per una vacanza è meglio cosi). Nel nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema elettrico con una presa che è stato prontamente risolto dal personale dall'eccellente personale dell'Hotel. Struttura consigliatissima. Ci ritorneremo

Mysig hotell men med mindre bra rum
Hotellet var mysig men det var väldigt lyhört så man fick ingen sömn alls sängarna knakar och var väldigt obekväma. Övrigt var pool området mysigt bra läge dock på hotellet.

This is a great location in Capri. Expect to pay for taxis or the gondola down to the main marina area, but the walking path to stores/ restaurants is perfect. The pool area is also a major perk. The hotel was cost effective for us, although we didn’t feel it was the best stay of our trip. The breakfast is very minimal, and although the staff was accommodating they weren’t extremely friendly or invested in our enjoyment. The room was big enough but the pillows hurt my neck so bad I had to get painkillers. Flat as a pancake.
