2 Nächte in Antibes
Unser Zimmer war im Grundsatz sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist inmitten der Fussgängerzone, demendsprechend war es auch zu später Stunde etwas laut. Allgemein sind die Zimmer doch etwas hellhörig. Das Auto kann in der nähe parkiert werden, da sollte man sich vorgängig schlau machen.

Le stanze non sono accessibili se hai problemi a salire le scale e la cosa non è evidenziata nella presentazione dell’albergo. Sembra gestito da inesperti che hanno cercato di creare un ambiente particolare con elementi d’arredo ricettacoli di polvere (finte pecorelle e cactus in lana lunga). Condizionatore, frigorifero etc.. sono presenti ma sono totalmente inefficienti. Buona volontà del personale che però non può supplire all’inefficienza della struttura.

Bonjour Monsieur, Désolé pour les problèmes mais nous avons monté vos bagages et vous ne nous avez pas informé que les appareils ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Les clients précédent ne se sont pas plaints de la Suite et ceux après vous non plus. Pourtant le personnel est présent de 7h du matin à 20h et nous nous sommes vu aux petits déjeuners. Et m^me au départ vous ne nous avez rien dit, cela est dommage. Bien à vous, Richard

Good points - friendly staff/owners, I was made to feel welcome. The ambience is homely, and the location is great - central with everything within a short walk. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly - needs a service. The room, therefore, was only just cool enough with the window closed. The street noise is very loud until late, even in the small hours of the night and early morning. However the double glazing keeps out the noise effectively. However, if you need fresh air... choose another location. The Wifi service is very poor - keeps dropping out. Bring your own internet - essential for all but messaging.

Weekend trip
Mycket trevligt och personligt hotell mitt i Juan le Pin. Nära till allt. Fast att hotellet ligger bredvid vägen genom byn och med restauranger nära, var det tyst och lugnt inne på hotellet och på dess fina innegård. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Liten men god frukost. Återkommer gärna.

Great room and great theme!
We loved the room decor and the bathroom was newly renovated. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open because it was too cold, however this place is a hidden gem! We were very happy and would go back.

Garden Closed: Unacceptable angry attitude of owner when questioned about not having mentioned gardenclosure on hotel’s site. Unpleasant experience. By arrival I found that the nice garden-advertised on Mademoiselle’s site, without any warning of closure-was shut to public, filled with concrete bags, sand and other materials for reconstruction, for the weeks still to come. When I expressed my disappointment for not being able to access the garden during sunny hours, the owner, Alan, reacted with out of proportion anger, said that ‘“everybody” knows that a garden is shut out of season, that the garden will be open next week (!) and if I don’t like it, I can go to another hotel’ ! By then it was late and there was nobody else around, I was the only guest in the hotel, so I decided to stay; but it felt almost weird to be treated with such dismissive anger by an Expedia advertising hotel owner. Next day Alan showed more displeasure by not cleaning my room-just made the bed- neither change the wet towels, empty the garbage bins or provide coffee capsules. What a pity one does not get refunded by Expedia, otherwise I was gone form there, of course. Luckily the day after the atmosphere in Madmoiselle changed for the better when the lady-owner arrived and a proper cleaner came. Am asking the owners of Mademoiselle to place a correction about the garden on the hotel site saying it is onder construction, and date the garden is open again for public.Hope to reed it soon. Let me all the same clarify some facts: Indeed the garden was closed at this time, I understand your disappointment, and I offer you to refund and accompany you to a nearby hotel (100 meters), at the same price, with a fabulous garden. Hôtel très confortable
L’hotel est très bien décoré la literie est très confortable rien à redire en plus il est très bien situé. Le seul bémol c’est le bruit de la rue. Même s’il y a à dispo des bouchons anti bruit pour les oreilles donnés par l’hôtel. Prendre une chambre côté cours.

Great stay in a charming original hotel!
Hôtel Mademoiselle is a lovely hotel, literally in the centre of Juan-les-pins, in a street lively with restaurants, cafes, and minutes away from boutiques and the beach. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful and we liked the colourful back garden/ patio where breakfast is served, the spotlessly clean and pretty corridor and the very individualistic rooms. It is a hotel with a lot of personality, that we would definitely go back to. Also, a nice gesture is the availability of drinks and little goodies to eat in the charming little cosy entrance lounge area, where the hotel management simply trust you to leave 1 euro in a piggy box if you consume anything. 🙂 Only thing is the absence of Air conditioning so probably a bit difficult in case of intense heat, but you can always open the window and have the air( and the animation) from the street and this is cool! You’re in Juan-les-pins baby!

Location is excellent but that's all.
Our bathroom was very dated with a hand held shower in the bath and no curtain or screen. Breakfast is the same everyday and quite basic. They expected you to pay 4 euros for a boiled egg when you had already paid for full continental breakfast. The room furniture is very shabby and drawers etc lacked handles or had handles that were broken.

Excellent hotel
Sejour d'une nuit très agréable. La décoration est vraiment très originale et de goût. Chambre très confortable et au calme. Emplacement de l'hotel idéal puisqu'il est vraiment au coeur de juans les pins avec de nombreux restaurants, bars, casino, boites de nuit et boutiques à pieds. De plus en pleine saison tout reste ouvert jusqu'à environ 00h, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour sortir. Je recommande !

Funky little place
Initially looks like a shop front, but inside its' unusually different, cute and rather kitsch. We have already reserved further dates. Beds extremely comfortable (and SK size), bathroom clean, the owners speak excellent English and are very accommodating.

Cute cool cozy and in good location
The staff The decor The huge bathroom The god bites in corridors The beautiful garden All A plus stuff However I was disappointed form the flying inspects around the room Was really annoying at night As well as the bed could have been better But you won't expect a 5star service every time

Sött, fräscht och kul
Vi spenderade några fina dagar här! De minsta rummen var väl små så se till att ta de lite större, men rent, fräscht och trevligt! Kul inrett. Rekommenderar frukosten på hotellet som serverades ute på den charmiga lilla gården. Läget är perfekt!
