Even so, when you make your reservation we will be sent you the necessary information to access to our hotel from two different points of the city. About parkings, we also provided you information about nearby car parks, but as in all Spanish cities, it is impossible to park for free outside in the historic centres, and even in Cadiz, which is almost like an island.As for the noise, our hotel is located in one of the quietest areas of the city, but it is normal that in the historic centres there is a bit of noise in the streets, as most of them are pedestrian streets. Even so, our hotel has two windows, and we assure you that if you keep them closed, you will not hear anything from the street.We hope you can come back and change your mind about your rate.Best Regards,HCC Reception

Con respecto a su comentario del desayuno, sentimos que haya tenido tal impresión, pero le comunicamos que contamos con un desayuno muy variado de productos caseros, el cual es uno de los aspectos de nuestro hotel que más disfruta nuestra clientela. Realmente lamentamos que no haya sido así en su caso. Nuestro servicio de desayunos tiene que realizar un trabajo antes, durante y después de cada turno en el que pueden disfrutar del desayuno (motivo por el cual consideramos necesario realizar reservas previas de la hora a la que cada cliente/a quiera desayunar), por lo que es necesario abandonar el lugar cuando ha pasado el tiempo límite. Esperamos que confíe en nosotros si le comunicamos que no es nuestra intención darles un trato brusco. Nos gustaría que se alojase de nuevo en otra ocasión en nuestro hotel, y así pueda comprobar que la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes es el principal objetivo de nuestro equipo de trabajo.
