The property is VERY run down! All the front desk extremely RUDE! A/C in the room sounded like a helicopter, asked to switch rooms and the front desk said that's not their policy! First we send out someone from maintenance and if they say it doesn't work then we move you to another room. Tech can out to room, said the air coming out was 60 degree and sooner or later the room would cool down, the noise was normal! Four hours later with the blackout drapes the room went down two degrees! The extremely loud noise never stopped, had to wear earplugs while sleeping! But wait it gets even better...they would only give out one key room because they had a storage of them, seriously!!! Not the GN I've been visiting for over 30 years!

Like: The steak restaurant had excellent dining options, front desk staff very helpful, hotel very clean and quiet rooms Dislike: TV did not work in several rooms as there were numerous complaints, wifi very slow, our HVAC unit did not function in cooling mode, bathroom sink very slow to drain, of the four restaurants onsite, only the steak restaurant had customers, two others were empty and one closed early do to lack of customers.This is not unusual as most casino/hotels are suffering from lack of customers these days

This has always been our go to place in Laughlin. We still had a nice relaxing visit, but the property is starting to show its age. Took a long time to get hot water for a morning shower. Don't plan on an evening shower unless you like cold showers.

We had reservations with our dog and requested a courtyard room. When we got there they said Expedia didn’t say we had a dog and we’re not happy. We couldn’t get the courtyard. It was very frustrating thinking you had it all situated and then get there and are all stressed out trying to figure it out. In addition to paying the hire rate. Not a great way to start your vacation. Guess we will have to start using direct reservation and quit using experdia.

Rooms Needs updating! It is Pet Friendly but the 50 dollar per small dog price tag is outrageous when the room is only 45 dollars!!! Easy access for pet and places to walk them!

Room was dirty, bathroom had hair in the sink and shower. No shower mat for the floor, floor was slick when wet. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff acted like they would rather be doing something else. There was no mention of the $50 deposit before check in and the deposit was not refunded at check out.

I would not recommend this politely to anyone and or ever return. Not a welcoming place and the staff we not friendly, service was slow, restaurants closed early and the rooms we dirty.

This is the best hotel stay in Laughlin. The others in the same price range are absolutely filthy. I have stayed in the Golden Nugget twice in the past month. Both rooms were very clean.

I contacted Expedia @ 3am to ask that my reservation be stopped.. was told they're teach out to the hotel and would cancel my reservation.. but found if been charged anyway. So to ask how was my stay at such hotel bothers me..

If the 3rd party company is claiming to need our approval before they can issue you a refund (Typically approval is only needed if the refund request is within our cancellation period of less than 48 hours prior to arrival and or if the reservation was non-refundable), said company will need to follow our 3rd party contact guidelines for submission of their request and we will respond back to them in the order that we receive the request.

Very welcoming when you enter without the smoky smell of the casino. Rooms are older but clean. Dining options are very good. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Bubba Gump Shrimp out on the deck. Decent prices for food and rooms.

Check in customer service was not good, room was dirty and they only had 1 elevator to the West Side Rooms that sounded like it was going to breakdown. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8 am to see if we left. We were also treated differently because I booked through a 3rd party.
