We ordered plate of melon at 7 pm promise to deliver in 15 min after 2 15 hours nothing was delivered at that point we call front desk and cancel. Next morning I want to discuss the issue with manager he elected not to talk to me
I do not think hotel deserves 4 star max tree star and this is stratching
