Unfortunately heat started all of a sudden and AC was overused which made AC much slower. Concerning the neighbourhood, please note that it is not the worst part of Brussels, we are within 15 minutes walk to the historic central of Brussels, and the closeness of the North Station is quite convenient for many of our guests.
