I booked through travel website i called the hotel wanted adjoining rooms didnt happen and inly stayed there for the balcony. All we got was a room in the back parking lot. Not a big deal in itself but i only stay herefor the balcony.

On Hwy 76, right in the heart of Branson. We were told check in was at 3:00 pm. We didn’t get to our rooms until 4:30. We had tickets to a 5:00 show. We’d been traveling and planned on showering and changing clothes. Didn’t have time for that. Girl at the desk told me I didn’t need to have an attitude. She didn’t know me. How would she know my attitudes. Finally we were able to talk to a manager. She changed our rooms so we could get in by 4:30. We won’t stay there again.

We booked this hotel for a weekend of Thrifting. It was nice that we were able to choose which floor, and which side of the hotel upon check-in. we chose a higher floor and a room overlooking the strip. If we have the opportunity to choose again, we would probably choose the backside of the hotel, because the front side was noisy due to all the traffic from the strip. Our room was very clean, we had nice new linens on our beds, pillows were great, the bathroom was nice and clean. Everything worked as it should. They are working to update the hotel and are doing a good job. The indoor pool and hot tub was not able to be used during our visit. We did use the outside hot tub, but not the outside pool. We did not partake in breakfast either day because it ended so early and we were not up and about to be down for breakfast before it ended. check in and check out was very easy. We liked that check out was at 11 AM. Employees were very kind. This will definitely be a hotel that we will come back to stay at again. We would’ve given five star rating if we had been noted upon making reservations that the pool on the inside was under remodel, the hot tub outside was cleaner, and breakfast was served until 10.

Before I booked this hotel I called & confirmed that there was an indoor pool. I had 3 little boys that wanted to swim. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. When we arrived we were told, no pool! I could not get a refund. I left & rented a different hotel with a pool. I would not recommend this Clarion Inn. They didn't even act like they wanted to help.

Disappointed stay NO pools or hot tub OPEN
The pool area was under construction no hot tub available There was garbage and trash all over On the outside and on the inside by the trash barrels The breakfast was not in the breakfast area because it was under construction also breakfast was ok. They need to tell you if the ammenties are not open.

Melville,Our outdoor pool and hot tub both were open and heated and used by many guests during your stay. I am sorry we are doing a full renovation on our indoor hot tub and pool to increase the guests experience. I assure you it has been quite the process but we are working hard to complete it. Remodel Needed!
This Hotel is painfully outdated. It appears this hotel hasn’t been updated since the Baldknobber gang was still roaming The Ozarks. Such a shame since it is in such a prime location! Do better Clarion!

Not much parking in front. Like little porch to sit out on. Room was clean n bed/pillows/sheets n comforter smelled clean and were comfy. Could hear traffic outside some. Price was good. Best part was breakfast in conference center. Lots of room to sit, hot chafing dishes with good scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle n pancake makers (more than one! 3 I think) cereal, milk, coffee, juices, bagels n cream cheese, muffins! Girl was constantly working hard to clean and replenish. Probably would come back just because of breakfast! Local something next door had good food n live music!

Pool closed with no mention or we would not of booked ,up charged for balcony no gift shop or lobby store little to no Christmas decor line other hotels I was expecting more big let down breakfast very limited parking limited staff not much help rooms basic nothing to brag about price out of line for what it was

The decor was way outdated. The rooms had an "empty" feeling. The blow-dryer's back piece was missing and clipped my friends finger- almost taking her fingernail with it. The location is really what you are paying for since it is located on the strip.

The property was amazing! Did exactly what was needed for us! We needed a get away from life on Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy Branson lights and all was what we wanted! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the place was great!

No pool to use. Very inconvenient to get to the other side of the hotel. We stayed near the hotel lobby last Summer and thought it was a great hotel. We were close to the outdoor pool and the breakfast. This time we were put way over on the other older wing of the hotel with an outside entrance. We did not care for this and there were no amenities to use. We will not stay here again.

The room carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The room air/heat needs to be cleaned. Chair in room was broke and beds need new mattresses(could feel the bed springs) Restroom and linens were both clean and breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is under new ownership, and the pictures are not updated on their website but all I can say is wow what a big difference he is doing he is definitely a hands-on type of guy because when we were checking in, they said he was working on the indoor swimming pool himself check in was easy and friendly location is walkable to the new aquarium as well as tanger restaurants right across the road will definitely be staying here again

The room was clean and inviting. I loved the balcony. The swimming pools and hot tubs were out of order. On vacation that is very important to me. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. When that happens in a vacation destination, the hotel should give discounts. The desk clerk's attitude and temperament were not warm or helpful. The breakfast room was dark, and no helper was there. There was no ketchup available. And some of the eggs were lukewarm.
