What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. A lovely modern hotel in a great location, what’s not to love. Bled is absolutely stunning and the hikes to some of the viewpoints give breathtaking views. If you’re brave enough do the Sava Dolinka zip wire, it will give you views and memories to last a lifetime.

The hotel is wonderfully located, VERY comfortable mattresses, amazing breakfast, nice staff. The parking fee i do not understand why it is not included in the rate and also for this price it would be nice to have lotion and conditioner in the bathrooms. But still, fantastic place.

Lovely room with balcony and view of Lake Bled
Hotel is right beside the lake. I’d a lovely room with a decent sized balcony and an excellent view across Lake Bled. Good soundproofing considering bars and restaurants beside hotel. Very comfortable bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. Only negative was when I was waiting in the queue at the reception desk and the male receptionist skipped me to deal with another guest. A different guest pointed it out but he didn’t even apologise. It was very hurtful and after paying the hotel a lot of money, I’d expect better.

Great location. Very nice pool. Parking is extra $10 . Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very efficient and helpful- I was able to book rafting trip at last minute at front desk.

Lovely hotel
This hotel is in a good location close to the lake… We had a room looking over the lake. Hotel was big, room was lovely and comfortable, breakfast was good, seemed to be limited spaces in parking outside hotel but We always found somewhere.

We stayed in a first floor lake side suite which was wonderful. Hotel has good facilities a free pool and sauna suite (for which there is a €10 charge). Huge selection at breakfast and lovely staff. Would recommend.

The hotel itself is really great; the rooms re modern, the location is wonderful and the pool is fantastic. My removal of a star was due to the approach of the hotel when a cleaner threw away something of mine (moisturiser bar). When I complained, they said they would reimburse the cost but actually they asked the cleaner herself to give me the money back. I wasn’t comfortable with this at all. I know the cleaner shouldn’t have thrown it away but it was unacceptable that the hotel wouldn’t have covered this cost and just let her know not to do it again. If a waiter has dropped a glass, would they be required to reimburse the hotel? Given that this is a pretty big chain, I felt very morally uncomfortable with the fact they were taking wages from their staff to cover what was likely an innocent mistake. What would have been a small cost to them would have been a lot more significant to the cleaner. I asked them to return the money to get me so I was left out of pocket by about £15. Just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after what would have been a lovely stay.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It has the best breakfast spread. The service from the staff was exceptional. Amel you are the best. I loved my room with a balcony overlooking the lake, and a wonderful view of the old church. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bled.

Gem on Lake Bled
Whqt a fantastic stay on Lake Bled! The hotel's location could not have been better, and the hotel itself was lovely! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the included buffet breakfast was wonderful. If we ever return to Lake Bled, we will definitely make this our preferred hotel!

We had a bad experience in the hotel. The service was really bad, the staff were very rude. Our room was dirty, we saw tabaco scattered all over the place, it was gross! The shower got flooded each time we took a shower. Also, the parking was very expensive

Beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. Clean room and comfy bed. Went for a cream cake in the cafe and disappointed with the service...had to interrupt the staff members who were chatting and on their phones in order to be served. The breakfast had a good selection. Good selection of restaurants nearby for dinner

We had a pleasant stay, the room was good comfortable beds and lovely shower. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not adequate. We asked for it to be adjusted and were told it was set to 24 degrees. The optimum sleep temperature is 18 degrees. The made sleeping difficult. We were disappointed the bar closed at 10pm, not really acceptable for a large modern hotel. The pool was lovely.

We had a very nice stay, excellent location. Shops, restaurants, tour options right outside the hotel. Our room 132, was a 2 room unit, 1 1/2 bath. It was not like the picture that they show for that category on the web site. That always irritates me. However the room was fine, except the air conditioning was not very good. The room had a balcony and we could see the castle and church from our balcony. We really enjoyed the area, it is lovely. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, very pleasant stay , good service and over the top breakfast choices:-) If you need the iron that can be challenging and some toiletries are missing but other than that it was very please take stay .
