Perfectly functional, clean and close to retail and restaurants. Pool not open this season. But along with the hot tub, looks quite nice. Looking forward to full breakfast in the AM. Great value for a one night stay.

I was so grateful for your friendly and kind gentleman who checked us in. He is 86 and a retired rancher from Montana.. I cannot remember his name. He was so helpful, kind, and really worked hard to get us a room that worked for our needs so late at night. Absolutely excellent customer service!!

Shower in bath definitely needed good scrubbing! A lot of dulling soap scum. Towels definitely pass their prime. Very thin, but clean. We’ve been using this Sleep Inn for several years because of closeness to cancer center. I’m not sure if we will rebook or look elsewhere, there a new one behind Wilco. Just wasn’t like other stays As always staff was great! That is big factor in favor of staying

Unfortunately the iced over parking lot caused my husband to slip and injure his shoulder and thumb. Despite notifying staff, I was told they did not have rock salt. I complained every time I watched another guest nearly fall (several elderly gentleman). It wasn't until I was checking out the next day that I spoke with a different employee and she not only found the rock salt, she took matters into her own hands and it took her only 10 minutes to finally make the parking lot and sidewalk safe for the guests. This whole thing was unfortunate as it's actually a nice hotel and walking distance to shopping and great food options. The rooms were clean and bed quite comfortable.nice, quiet hotel. They just didn't care about the safety of their guests at all until I finally found the one employee who actually stepped up.

Great place to stay, highly recommended
Staff was very courteous, upon entering the room I immediately noticed things are clean and room smells so good! Location is really quiet, perfect for a good night sleep, maybe a little bit removed from the busy main street (Hwy 97) but still within convenient driving distance, and there are restaurants and such within walking distance. Breakfast could probably be better, but it was a decent one.

5 Stars Well Deserved
Impressed with our entire stay! Updated Room was great. Bed "fairly" comfortable. Staff excellent! Breakfast OK. Off the busy street enough it was pretty quiet. Missing the wash clothes and only 1 tissue in the box, but other than that very happy with our choice of hotels. Would recommend and will stay there again.

I live 30 miles outside of Bend, and I always stay here if I don't want to drive home after work. It's quiet, has dining and shopping within walking distance and is always clean with friendly check in.

The service was amazing, the room very clean. Had an issue with the tv remote, desk clerk did her best to fix it. I left my pillow there, they are holding it for me until i come back....yaaay!

A nice place at a good price
I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room, comfortable bed, had in-room coffee and fridge. Gal at front desk was very helpful when I had a dead battery. Breakfast was a good array of items. An easy one mile to St Charles Medical Center, where I was checking on a relative.

Very nice Hotel
My wife and I stayed here for one night to explore Bend Oregon. We liked it so much that we decided to stay another night. Because we enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much, we decided to book another night. The room and the overall hotel was very nice and peaceful. Kat, at front was very pleasant and nice. She was able to let us keep the same room. Everything was close around this hotel, including a brewery steps away, and another restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 5 years. Always very clean and comfortable rooms. Great Brewery across the street. There have been more and more transients camping across the street which worries me about safety of vehicles but they have not been a problem I’ve seen. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value and I would definitely stay there again. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast options weren't anything I'd want to eat, but it would be sad to visit Bend and limit yourself to the breakfast & coffee at any hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet and the price was low enough that I could afford to get some great food & coffee elsewhere.
