Clean and quiet hotel but hotel staffs are lack of english knowledge and unhelpful. Surrounding area are under construction, very very dusty. Hopefully it will be better when they are done.

市内で低価格のわりには満足できます。 正面の道路が極狭のためタクシーで大通りへ抜けるのが大変です。ベッドの寝心地良かったです。

地下鉄駅２路線歩ける範囲なので出掛ける場所により、使い分けた。胡同の中に立地しているので市場もあり、庶民の日常を満喫でき食料品は安くて美味しい。スタッフは皆、親切で日本語が分からなくても携帯で翻訳して調べてくれたり、客室に通じる入口はスタッフもいてルームキーで鍵を解除して入るので安心でした。予約時に支払ってもデボジットは支払うのが一般的だが請求はなかった。毎日、掃除は丁寧でミネラルウォーターは必ず１本置いてあった。２日目に部屋の電気がショートしたが修理の人がすぐに直してくれた。初日、トイレットペーパーが残り少なだったので「請給我手紙」のメモを置いて出掛けたら宿泊中はトイレットが少なくなると新しいペーパーを置いてくれた。一人部屋は窓無しの地下が多いが、このホテルは３階で窓あり。チェックアウトも正午でゆっくりできた。何にお金お掛けるか、何を期待するのか人それぞれですが、安心して眠れて立地もよく、安いと思いました。私はまた利用したいと思います。

Okej hotell för kortare vistelse.
Det var ett okej hotell. Inte det renaste eller det snyggaste men man kunde sova där. Om man planerar att spendera en längre tid i Peking eller spendera lite mer tid på rummet bör man nog kolla efter något annat alternativ. Lätt att ta sig in till centrum dock och det var ett lugnt område vilket var skönt.

Hotel is located in a Hutong which is nice and the location is great for the price. But don't expect a fancy hotel. The room is ok but it's mainly a question of budget versus location. we had a really nice time in Beijing and I would recommand this hotel but don't expect much out of it.

No aircon
Eveytime I have stayed here the staff are rude and unable to process “waigoren” check in properly - if you can’t accept or train your staff then don’t allow foreigners in your hotel. There is zero aircon in any of the rooms I have stayed in ambient temp is about 47’ - asked for more towels and toiletries and was told you’re not staying for one night sorry

I stayed for 4 nights, the room was clean and tidy, but the smell of the toilet pipes was very bad. Overall it was acceptable, but the hotel was very disappointed that the property was not guaranteed. The last night we went back to the hotel and found something is gone, and the complaint process did not give me a satisfactory explanation. Beside cleaning services, more than two staff have entered my room at different times, which is incredible for the management of the hotel. I am very angry and very disappointed with the reputation of the hotel.

정말로 좋았습니다. 우선 호텔리어분들이 굉장히 친절하셨고 외국인 투숙이 확실하게 된다는 점 아주 마음에 듭니다. 저희는 폰을 도둑맞아서 호텔리어분의 중국어로 경찰서를 갔더니 정말 빠르게 일을 처리할 수 있었고 그 외적으로도 도움을 주셨기 때문에 그 새벽 늦게까지도...청결도 좋고 에어컨이 안나오는 방을 바꿔주시는 것도 빨랐습니다. 요로코롬 다 조흔데 윗취가 촠큼아쉽꾸롱...합니다..촠큼 걸어야햇서 제 띵킹에는 열음에는 아니되오호~

Eben Spanntepich 20 Jahre alt. (ich kenne das Hotel seit über 20 Jahren, jährlich). Personal fast kein englisch.Die Neuerung nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft (Frühstückbüffet). Aber gut plaziert, günstig.

A great way to experience Beijing
The hotel didn’t have our reservation but were able to locate it in a decent amount of time. This hotel seems to be under reservation and for good reason. The carpeting was coming up off the floors and the walls were chipped. However, despite this housekeeping respected our do not disturb sign and refreshed everything was replenished when they did come in. The best part though is the location. If you really want to experience Beijing culture and life, this gives you prime access to the Hutongs and historic sites.

I was given a room which was under renovation. The staff at the lobby didn't understand English so I asked one of them to come upstairs and have a look at the room. But they changed the room afterwards. The hairdryer didn't work and there's no fridge in the room. Otherwise everything was ok. Breakfast was good and worth the price.

窗戶太容易从外面拉开，二楼外刚好是大庁的屋顶，可从其他房间窗戶跨出走动，客人财物安全性有问题，此次遇到学生团体住宿，即受到窗外学生的驚吓

酒店在胡同之內，價格不貴，房間也整潔，算是不錯的體驗。但問題有二：一、地鐵站來回酒店的路程十分遠，有使用共享單車之必要。但找車很難，如果酒店能和單車公司合作，來一些方便住客的安排就更好；二、馬桶堵住，告訴職員後有立即處理。房卡不時失效，房間頓時漆黑，要重新插入房卡才回復電力。

このホテルをこれまで4回利用している。従業員は毎回ちがう顔である。それだけ従業員が固定しない。ということは社員教育が雑になる。というより、そんなものはないだろう。ホテルの従業員は客に対する配慮に欠ける。不親切である。部屋は空調をいれないと、くさいにおいがする。掃除の係は手抜きが普通である。トイレットペーパーをおいていない。浴槽を洗っていない。便器を洗っていない。石鹸をおいていない。などなど。よく見ていないとならない。

Para viajantes que só querem dormir sem luxos .
Realmente o hotel atendeu o meu proposito que era somente dormir e ir passiar . Porem senti muita falta do frigobar é a roupa de cama nunca foi trocada somente arrumada . Não custa avisar que a rua do hotel é bem estranha e escuro porém não é perigosa .

A hotel for the fit and adventurous
This hotel lies in one of the older neighbourhoods in Beijing, and the surrounding area is very pitoresque with lots of tiny hole- in - the wall food stalls. It was a fifteen minute walk to the nearest subway station, through narrow alleys where scooters and bikes jostled for space with huge luxury cars. The hotel itself looked stately from the outside, but smelled of mildew. It was generally clean, but three stars reflect the general standard. It is not possible to get a taxi to pick you up at the hotel as they refuse to drive there, so we had to walk for twenty minutes in a torrential downpour with all our luggage when we were trying to get to the airport. The staff are generally helpful, but speak a rudimentary English. There is an automat for buying water and soft drinks in the lobby, but it only works if you have the Chinese paying app. Breakfast was nice, and the cooks were utterly charming going out of their way to help. For the fit and adventurous traveller whod doesen´t mind hard beds this is the right hotel - if you prefer your creature comforts find somewhere else.

The service was terrible. First, someone from the staff came into the room at 1am to fix the air conditioning without knocking to make sure no one was in the room. Our AC was fine and they were in the wrong room. When this was brought up with the front desk they didn't seem to care. The second time we went, we missed the first night because of a typhoon in Shanghai. We called them to let them know and they said we had to contact hotels.com. We contacted hotel.com who tried to sort this out with the hotel on our behalf but they were told by the hotel that no one spoke English. When we arrived for the second night they told us that they canceled our entire booking. When we told them hotels.com tried to contact them they said their one English speaker had the day off and it wasn't their problem. Overall terrible and rude customer service to both us and the hotels.com staff. I wouldn't recommend it to any hotels.com user.

Hotel cercade la parada del transfer al aeropuerto, se puede ir andando. Cerca del metro y de la zona de Beixiqiao con muchos restaurantes. Lo malo que el hotel esta viejo y con poco mantenimiento, esta en calle estrecha y antigua, nada comercial.Bancos para cambiar efectivo y sacar dinero con tarjeta.

北京の市民の生活を感じられる胡同の中にあるレトロなホテル。欧米の観光客にも受けるのか、結構宿泊していました。日本でいう和風旅館。立地も便利です。市の中心にありながら、夜は静かで、よく眠れました。タオルは毎日変えてくれました。シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出て、北京のホテルとしては、値段を考えると及第点だと思います。個人的には、近所を散策するのが面白かったです。

Good value
Overall the hotel feels like a 3-star + hotel. The breakfast is reasonable and the staff there are friendly. It's a bit difficult to find as Google Maps seems to have the address off by a couple of streets. We'd stay in this hotel again given how close in proximity it was to Dongzhimen Station and the price we paid.

網路上飯店的圖和實際設施完全不一樣 簡直是騙人！！
實際飯店又黑又暗, ˊ走道擠樓梯都是暗暗的簡直是鬼屋 到了傍晚,整個酒店都是蚊子！ 跟飯店反應廁所門關不起來, 還回答說“廁所門本來就沒再關的”; 簡直是爛透的！！ 飯店服務員態度惡劣也不親切 Expedia 怎麼跟這樣的飯店合作？？

雰囲気はまずまず。ゆったりと。
雰囲気はまずまずで、そこそこ静かで、ゆったりと過ごすなら、よいです。交通機関が必要な方々は、チョイと不満があるかも。私的には、”佳いロケーションと雰囲気”でした。再来は十分検討できる評価です。
