Lobby looking good but my room wasn’t all that great. Furniture was a bit old and damaged, they used two full beds to make one big bed, wifi kept shutting down, there was a leak in my bathroom sink and made it smell (had to have someone come and fix it), and windows to look outside was dirty.

The rooms were large but this is an older style hotel it was clean but dated. The staff were kind enough to give me my room earlier which was appreciated. l slipped on the tiles in the pool area and bruised both my knees. It does have signs up which l saw after as they are quite small. But slippery tiles should not be in a pool area. They are doing renovations there in a few places which is noisy during the day.

It was a really good deal for the price and time. The room was fine and spacious. Didn't mind the decor though bedding could be softer. The seat/bench to the side was usefull. Plenty of extra chairs and work surfaces. A regular couch/arm chair would be preferable to the bench as I did spend more time in the room. The tv is old and functionable but they don't officially provide any channels. Was able to scroll through the existing channels and get a fuzzy BBC broadcast, this was good for me as I need news and background noise and would rather not use my Netflix credentials on their set. I also had hotel tech people come and connect my laptop to the tv via HDMI as it wasn't very acceptable and all went well after that. It's another option they might consider with a newer tv. Area is quite good, 7/11 for quick stuff, but I'd suggest the villa market which was awesome.

Located in Sukhumvit Soi 33, this hotel is not far from Phrom Phong BTS (exit from the BTS on the northern side and walk west to the Soi). It is excellent value for money - in my opinion, just about the best value in Bangkok. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice location. There's a trendy brand new mall EM Sphere across Sukhumvit road. Many hips stores, plenty of food stalls and restaurants in the mall. A lot of good restaurants and pubs within walking distance also. Hotel is old but rooms are quite big. We requested 2 connecting rooms they said put in the reservation but staff said not available during check in. She said we can get it 2 days later but need to pay extra 8000 bahts on top of our original booking so decided to stick with 2 separate rooms.Overall, not a bad experience.

It's not a bad place to stay. A pretty good location. The hotel needs to be updated badly i.e. antiquated electric equipment, very old carpet, etc. I was unhappy because they did not clean the room once while I was there. I realize I tend to sleep in - but even after asking the day before when I left the hotel - for the room to be cleaned it wasn't.

I have stayed here multiple times before and like the hotel.i think it is a good value for the price and the service is very good. Close to the main shopping areas as well as good food options. Don't expect a modern hotel but one with an excellent and friendly staff. Bathrooms need an upgrade but the rest of the room is more than acceptable
