The staff members are obviously left to behave as they see fit. Bring on the mobile phone at the front desk is NOT A professional look. The staff took my passport and kept it, till I realized he didn’t returned it to me. Upon asking, he pulled it out from as m insecure drawer and apologised. This should not have happened.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars. Dinner in the hotel was themed differently each evening. The rooms were large and clean. The staff could not do enough to accommodate you. Overaul, a lovely four night stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Check in was slow and not very accommodating for an early check in. In fact check in was delayed we had to wait half hour after check in time to have a room. We had a wonderful time with my family here for about 9 nights. Pretty much everything was amazing and we felt well taken care of. In particular shout-out to Ibu Ari who was always there to take care of our needs especially at breakfast, be it an extra coffee served piping hot or chat with our kids. Also shoutout to bapak seni who checked us in and ensured we were comfortable with our suite. A few things that stood out in our stay were 1) Kids club - our kids had a great time there, and we got a chance to have some shopping time. 2) The Breakfast - ton of dining options and pretty much most of it is so good, especially the made to order omlettes and the Indian corner. 3) The location - is right on the beach with testaurants, mall and even cinema in walking distance. 4) The staff - everyone we talked was great and always smiling. 5) Our room - it was BIG with an extra room overlooking the garden :) All in all highly recommend this place.

Great infinity pool for adults only, breakfast great, staff friendly, on the other side, although I understand Bali was effected by Covid little things needed a improvement, no hot water, dripping shower, loose toilet seat, sink tap spraying everywhere, old towels, stained greyish bathrobes and a damp smell, are not 5 star, these are all easy and cheap to fix, and should have been done prior to our arrival, hotel did put right within 24hrs, but this should be reported by housekeeping not me.

Great hotel, but definitely not 5* towels, bath robes stained and grey, rooms in need of refurbishment quite dated, little details which should be seen to in a 5* like shower not working properly, toilets seat loose, sink tap blocked, kettle not working, all quickly mended, but should have been checked prior. This hotel need to have their 5 star rating taken away. The rooms are dirty and STINK like putrid mould. The staff were great at trying to accommodate with what theyre given as they cant control the condition of the smelly rooms to a certain extent and swapped our room twice to make sure we were given the newer fresher room. For a 5 star hotel the rooms are dirty with mould, grime, hair and dirty showers. Would not stay again.
