Do not stay in this hotel they will overcharge you for everything. 40 American dollars for a small breakfast selection and spa is under maintaining and even charge me for ice. Very bad management you will not be happy. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with this management. I feel paying $600 for 2 nights was a scam and when I asked they said because formula 1. So they intentionally 4 times the price because people had no where else to go. You have ruined my experience with Ramada hotels for life. Enjoy the $600 it will be the last money you see from me.

A dismal stay
The bed sheets were damp and musty. The curtains did not prevent light coming in. Housekeeping woke me up on the afternoon, but worst of all, I paid extra for guaranteed parking but spent 40 minutes trying to get a space in the evening, eventually giving up and parking far away on a street. The car park is supposefly for guests but over 60% were non-guests some merely drunks sleeping in their cars. Overall, very poor value for money. Disappointing

Breakfast package not acknowledged
The booking was breakfast inclusive on hotels.com but the hotel refused to acknowledge the package. Could hear traffic noise from outside the hotel and could not get good sleep.

The hotel, in general, is old and needs renovation. The room's furniture is old, cheap, and falling apart. The bed sheets are NOT clean with visible stains. I asked for a room upgrade given I am an Expedia Gold member and they said they don't know what that is and the booking rate is cheap they cannot offer any upgrades! Breakfast and room service food were good.

Arrived to room where there was no shower amenities, “hair” in the shower corner… Got an apology letter from the hotel stating that they couldn’t reach me because I had Do Not Disturb sign, of course if I am not in the room! Duuh! No email / call, compensation in any way! Breakfast is poor with limited options, no coffee machine, just black coffee (welcome to 2022)!

Always a nice stay
Always a nice stay at this Ramada, which is located in an ideal location for nightlife in the Adlaya area if Manama. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their is one down side as this is an older ‘classic’ style hotel you may find the decor a bit dated

Great stay that suited the purpose of a leisurely trip. My only qualm was just I wished the sound proofing of the rooms could have been better.

Great location for entertainment
Love this hotel, the staff are always happy to help, the only criticism is that the decor is a bit tired but clean and comfortable A definite plus is it’s location which is right next to the Adliya district. Where you can find an excellent range of restaurants, bars and clubs

Good to be back.
The Ramada always lives up to it's reputation. After 8 months it was good to be back. Not many guests, but with the Causeway re-opening, things will improve and the social.atmosphere in the Exchange will return.
