Huge disappointment
Booked a suite. Wasn’t even in the main hotel. Was in another old building. Room was very cheaply renovated. Horribly uncomfortable furniture. No recliner. Roomed wreaked of bleach. No carpet. Laminate floors. Broken shelves in refrigerator. No trash bags in waste baskets. Right next to laundry room and could hear dryer constantly. Elevators were dirty and beat up

The staff was super nice. The room was clean and well stocked. However, the two things that would stop me from returning is the shower and the bed. Both uncomfortable in utilization.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful! One suggestion; try another carbon monoxide detector, the one in our room lit it up like a harvest moon. I had to purchase a sleep mask.

The property is just outdated! I stayed here :0 years ago and it looks pretty much the exact same. No upgrades! For the price they are charging there should be more upgrades and attractions.

What I like at the Augusta Mariott hotel is that the people were really welcoming. The rooms were clean and peaceful, also its very walkable. I can walk without any problems

Staff was helpful and great but the room was ok. No trash bags, no tissues in bathroom but the biggest issue was spit in bathtub. The satellite check in was closed on the suite side so we had to navigate our way through the conversation maze to get to our rooms. Parking was a little confusing but they made it free at check so that was wonderful. The people were great but the overall experience was different.

Diamond in the rough!
Great hotel and great restaurant food! Had to ask 3 times to get my car valet parking! Tried 3 times to baggage porter to get our bags he least offered to get a the cart for us. Booked two identical rooms for family wedding. My daughters room did not have couch like my room that I paid to the same! And they had our rooms on different floors.
