This Motel has so much potential to be an amazing top rate place to stay but it needs some effort, time and money put in to upgrade it to bring it to a standard inline with its full potential. The motel is in a prime location with walking distance to the mall, theme park and a great range of dining options. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. You could see the room had been cleaned but it was as if it was with poor quality cleaning agents. The glass table was streaky and the benches looked wiped but not fully clean. The inside of the room looked outdated and run down with bogged up holes in the walls which were unpainted. There was a damp musty smell in the room from lack of ventilation although it smelt like some air freshener had been sprayed. The windows in the shower and kitchen were too small and didnt ventilate the room properly. There was a spider web hanging down from the ceiling over the bed and the shower had a cheap fitting which didnt hold the shower head properly in place. Also the seal on the shower was hanging half off. The main office desks were cluttered with papers and made the whole entrance look scruffy and cheap. It had a backpackers feeling. The sad part is that with a fresh coat of paint in the rooms, an upgrade in the showers, kitchen etc and putting a few simple towel rails and hooks up and with a bit of effort into tidying things up this Motel could be amazing and become a top rated successful business and awesome place to stay.
