Overall this was a decent place to stay if you wanted to remain in town and have easy access. It’s quite a busy hotel with lots of guest trooping in everyday. $10 parking for a day with all day access was one of the cheapest in the area. The free breakfast is quite decent. Cons: 1. the room is only cleaned every 3 days which I found quite bothersome. If I chose to stay in the hotel I’ll like for my room to be cleaned everyday with the bed laid. They do supply you with fresh towels. 2. Anyone can just got downstairs with your room number and name and charge a drink to your room without them for getting your approval.

I found the entire hotel to be in excellent condition and very clean. My room was quiet and comfortable with no maintenance issues. The staff members were smart, efficient and always projected a subtle Southern charm. I will be staying here in the future.

Another great stay at this property. Have stayed here a number of times over the years. Good warm breakfast, lots of food options in the area. Enjoyed having a glass of wine in the courtyard.

I’ll start by saying that I definitely got my moneys worth from my one night stay for a quick spring break trip to Atlanta. The area of Buckhead is safe and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I chose this hotel because of the option of a suite with two double beds, and a sofa bed. You could fill the springs on the sofa, bed mattress with your hand. No one other than a small toddler could’ve been comfortable on the sofa bed. Also, no blanket was provided to make up the sofa bed, only sheets with a note saying, if you required any extra bedding to call the front desk. One odd thing about the hotel is its location between two large buildings, one of which you have to drive under to get to the Hyatt. This hotel is not situated directly on the street, so watch carefully as you are driving up to the address.

Hyatt Place was infested with bed bugs. The staff was notified; however, the only alternative was moving us to another room just to discover bed bugs in the next room on a different floor. Staff & managers extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to accommodate instead told me to go through the third party I booked. Even with proof nothing was gone about the awful experience.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a night with a couple friends and was stunned to realize an excessive amount of mold on not one but two of there blankets in one of the double bed rooms. As i brought it to the attention of the staff and the hotel manager, they proceeded to try and convince me that it was feathers not mold. The mold was growing on the seems of the blankets throughout the entirety of it. I did not receive any form of reimbursement, nor was anything done about the mold on the blankets. Terrible customer service and multiple arguing employees. I Do not recommend staying in this hotel not even for a night. Cleanliness is an absolute 0/10.

This was a very nice hotel in a very nice area of town. There are a ton of entertainment options in walkable distance from the hotel, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy if you find yourself in need of these types of items. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. Several vegetarian options if that's something you're worried about. There's also a bar that offers a few food options for the evening. The room I stayed in was nice, with a comfortable and soft bed. The layout of the room was a little tight on one side of the bed, but I'm also a wide man so what I consider narrow might not be for someone else. My only real complaint with the hotel is the location of their oversize vehicle parking. There's a section of parking spots in the lot of the above mentioned grocery and pharmacy that is set aside for the hotel and other establishments in the area, and this is where the hotel's oversized vehicle parking is. To reach this lot, you have to walk across two crosswalks, as the lot is diagonal across the intersection from the hotel. It isn't a wide road, but it remains pretty busy, even at midnight. The confusing part about the oversized parking option is that there's an open air lot right next to the parking garage that the hotel offers for smaller vehicles, but the hotel can't allow their guests to stay in this lot for some reason. Despite my complaints about the parking I didn't think that this was enough to take away stars, and I will likely stay again.

The check-in process was nice and the staff at the desk were very welcoming and accommodating. The area appears safe however on our way out early in the morning we found several young people hanging around and smoking in the parking deck which looked sketchy and unsafe. I also found a roach in my room, I did take a picture of it to the someone at the desk during check-out.
