Beds were uncomfortable, found a single bed bug on a pillow, slept on the outside of the bedding, no control over quiet time in the middle of the night.A hundred dollar deposit sprung on me during check in. As of 11/15/23 has not been returned to my account.
They charged an extra $20 per night for my Service Dog. They said it was for the extra cleaning cost. They didn’t clean my room once while I was there. I left a day early!!!

Thank you for staying with us. Our record shows you were not charged for your service dog. After you complain we did send a housekeeper to clean your bathroom. We apologize for the inconvenience as this is one of the busiest full house week for us. We do service our rooms everyday between 11am and 3 pm. Thank you .....
Bed bugs and other bugs were in my room, I was only there an hour, went to front desk would not refund my money!!!!! I left immediately will never stay there again
Rooms were disgusting, first room didn’t have a working light in bathroom, the next didn’t have a remote so was unable to use tv, obvious nobody has stayed there in a long time. Multiple spiders in room everything covered in dust. Towels were dirty appeared they were just refolded after last guest and not cleaned. Floor in room was so gross I left shoes on the whole time.
As they say no good deed goes unpunished. Just to recap, You booked a room online at 2 AM, while you were standing in lobby for the next day and demanding front desk staff to check you in at 2 Am. Check in Time is after 13 hours which is 3:00 PM. Just to help you the front desk staff woke up the manager at 2 am to override your check in. While the manager is trying to enter everything in the system, you show your attitude and walk out. Your friend apologizes for your behavior to the manager. Manager approves the check in 13 hours before regular check in time. We are sorry this establishment is not fit for your stay.This enforces the policy management have in place. We will investigate further manager privilege will be limited.
The gentleman who checked us in and ran the morning desk was very helpful and went the extra mile In hospitality. Room was clean, water pressure in shower was wonderful!

Room was clean and comfortable. I could never get the internet to work although it was free. Staff was nice and there was a decent breakfast. Have stayed here in the past and will do so again in the future.
Our experience was horrible we tried to cancel the reservation for the second night but we're told we were unable to there were spiders in the bathtub the air conditioner won't work the ice machine didn't work frigerator did not work and the blankets were dirty we move rooms more than once and I just feel like there should be a refund
It was not the worst place ive ever stayed, but, it was in need of ALOT of gixing up and looked to have not been very well taken care of. Was hot even with ac, some lights didnt work, very confined and not very clean, even after housekeeping came in-although they were not asked to while we were away.
The towels were dirty the shampoo and soap were open and used. Bathroom had mold. Sheets were old and dirty.

A/C in the room barely worked so we stayed in a warm uncomfortable room. Not worth $113 a night for my family and I to stay.

We are planing for changing all new air conditions within next few months.
The tiles in the shower were falling out so naturally mold is growing in the tub area. The corners of the bathroon floor look like they've been sprayed for bugs, but not cleaned up. I found old popcorn and a ciypke dead spiders in a dresser drawer. The beds are full suze and not comfortable sharing with a teenage daughter. The breakfast was fruit loops, cornflakes, and a couple cheap packaged doughnuts. We never ate there.

Walls in room were filthy. Tub not draining while showering. (You could wipe dirt off bathroom walls and tub was filthy !) Breakfast consisted of 2 dry cereals and a few prepackeged rolls. No smoke alarm. Old coil spring bed was super firm (not comfortable) Good luck understanding manager.
