Pas reposant
Si vous voulez vous reposez ou vous ressourcer n'allez pas dans cet hôtel. Pour commencer ma baie vitrée dans la chambre qui ne se verrouille pas, ce n'est pas du tout rassurant surtout étant donné que je suis au rez de chaussée. Ensuite les murs sont en papier c'est l'enfer, j'entendais toutes les conversations de mes chers voisins de chambre donc prévoyez des boules quies. Le matin à 8h on entend les femmes de ménages qui court de partout pour faire le nettoyage au plus vite pendant que les clients sont au petit déj. Moi qui voulait dormir jusqu'à 9h impossible avec tout ce boucan, elles font tomber pleins de trucs, tapent de partout parce qu'elles veulent aller vite et surtout parlent très fort entre elles devant la porte. Mais pitiiiéé pensez aux autres clients qui veulent dormir encore une heure parce qu'ils sont en vacances. Le petit déj est gratuit mais il n'était pas à mon goût, les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons et le choix dans le salé était trop peu varié et ils y a des pots blanc qui sont là sans étiquettes ou il faut deviner ce que c'est et certains pots rouges que j'ai pas osé tenter. Je n'ai pas essayé le resto mais il avait l'air sympa et je n'ai pas tenté la piscine non plus. Il y a un arrêt de bus à côté ce qui est très pratique et l'hôtel est situé à même pas 2 minutes à pied de l'eau. Par contre comparer bien les offres sur internet parce que j'ai trouvé trop tard une offre à 50 euros de moins pour le séjour 😭.

Hotel cómodo y renovado.
Hotel totalmente renovado. Cómodo y tranquilo. La única pega es que si la habitación te da cerca de las máquinas de ventilación/calderas (lo que sea...) se oye bastante ruido.

Great very clean hotel.
Rooms could do with better sound proof. The rooms facing the street are very noisy. The staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean!!! Free road parking close by. Not a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Disappointing.
Very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed 2 night and complained that our room was full of ants. They came and cleaned. We then went out to eat and came back late and found more ants... Went down to breakfast and advised again about the any then the food was all cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved. Exactly the same thing happened the following morning. The room was also very loud, not only the traffic but all the Aircon for the building was right next to our room.... Lots of apologies but nothing else.......very disappointed.

The place to stay when in Alicante
This hotel has it all if you're travelling by car and do not prefer a central hotel: nice, modern and clean rooms, breakfast included in the room rate, a pool, big enough bathroom and kind staff at the reception. There is nothing we disliked. Everything was perfect.

Totally recommend the hotel
Everything was perfect - good breakfast in times of corona virus, clean rooms, huge balconies - to have a drink before going to bed, a comfortable bed, a swimming pool, nice staff. The hotel has a parking at a very low price of 6 euro but you can park at the street free of charge. Overall - very good value for money.

Lovely modern hotels
The hotel were brilliant. I was visiting Alicante for medical treatment. They really went above and beyond by finding me the idea room to make my stay stress free and easy. The hotel itself is in a nice area, felt very safe, easy access to the beach and plenty parking. Rooms are well presented, bathrooms beautiful and each with its own balcony and very efficient aircon. TV has a mixture of Spanish and British channels (BBC and ITV....and the variants of them). Would definitely stay again.

Muy buen hotel y aceptan mascotas
Lo mejor del hotel es que te permite ir con perros, el mio es mediano, de unos 18 kg y sin problemas, además si tienes desayuno, comida y/o cena, como hay terraza puedes bajarlos contigo, el hotel está muy bonito y limpio, el tema del desayuno del covid está bien gestionado porque te lo sirven, pero no hay mucha variedad y a veces se arma mucha cola, pero no tardan mucho, todas las habitaciones tienen terraza y neverita, esta cerca de una playa, pero como estábamos con el perro no hemos podido ir y a 10 min andando hay una zona de muchos restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias, por lo que la ubicación está muy bien, está lejos del centro, como a 5km más o menos, pero me parece mejor, esta zona es mucho más linda q el centro. El plus es que hay un gatito siempre merodeando por ahí y da gusto verle

la calidad precio es buena, esta bien ubicado, las habitaciones son nuevas y esta muy limpio, el desayuno buffet muy abundante. En mi proximo viaje, consideraré quedare ají

Walls are thin and all noise can be heard. I was woken at 2:50am by a couple on a hands free mobile call to someone else which lasted around 45mins. Sounded like they were in my room. If you stay here ask for upper floor at least then no noise from above. On my last day (Sunday) breakfast was from 8am. I had a flight to catch so turned up at 8am precisely and breakfast wasn't fully available even when I had to leave at 8:20am so paid for breakfast I didn't have on final day (bed & breakfast).
