Great location, dated apartments but fairly priced
Really great location in the center of Abu Dhabi, next to the mall which is fantastic for taxi pick up and drop off and to get any supplies for meals etc. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for 2 of us, and fairly priced.

The room is fairly large, comparable to a one-bedroom unit. Bathroom also spacious. TV in lounge and bedroom. Overall, fairly clean but shower drains slowly. Convenience store right next door, taxis easy to get from outside, Abu Dhabi mall about 5 minute walk. Walk to the corniche is about 25 minutes which was nice and just down one street. Would be good if kitchen had basics such as washing up items, oil, laundry powder etc. Would be great if staying long term.

This is an all-suite hotel that offers you a full kitchen, living room area, large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Very good staff. Located right near the Abu Dhabi Mall, lots of dining options around in the buildings surrounding the property. There is an airport bus right across the street if you don't want to pay for a cab. We will certainly return here.

Nice well sized room, bathroom and living area, including big kitchen with some silverware, and bowls that you might need for longer stay. Washer/dryer included. Not bad place to stay, but it could benefit some bathroom renovation to make it looks cleaner. You might smell cooking from neighbors.

The suite was comfortable and a good size. Lots of space. The TV in the bedroom was faulty however.

*Excellent* service, very pleasant, friendly and incredibly accomodating. I had to check out for a few days at one point because the hotel was fully booked but the staff graciously kept my luggage in the store room for the entire duration till I was back.

Home like atmosphere everywhere, all the way from Oak Liwa's Reception at its entrance to the Swimming Pool at the top building. Staff excellent, care of facilities and individual room during 10 days of stay impecable. Great place at great location.

Das Hotel liegt echt sehr zentral; wenige Minuten zur Abu Dhabi Mall von dort aus kann man mit dem roten Big Bus die City Tour buchen Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein mehr Tagesticket, den hier sind alle top Highlights enthalten. Die Zimmer sind top, großes Bett angenehme Zimmergröße und ein tolles großes Badezimmer. Für ein paar Tage in Abu Dhabi kann ich jedem das Liwa empfehlen.

Very nice and good location
Internet is too slow in the room. Bath room is not so clean but service is excellent, kind and nice.

Soooo bad and should close
First when i did the check in they requested me to pay again and I had to keep explaining that I already paid then they gave me a smoking room although I keep confirming on non smoking room. Service is extremely bad and they didn't clean the room. One day I found a cockroach in the room.

Huge apartment with excellent facilities. Hotel is in a nice, quiet area but still very close to Abu Dhabi Mall and supermarkets etc. Room safes should be upgraded in my view.

Good hotel-apartment
I have stayed here a number of times and will again. Service and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms a little tired but good sized, and full kitchen facilities which is very good, beds ok but pretty firm.

Esperava mais
A limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar, começando pelos travesseiros, estavam sujos e ainda rasgados. O quarto cheirava a cigarro e ainda tivemos problemas com o ralo do banheiro que entupiu e inundou todo o quarto. Por sorte eram apenas dois dias. Staff com poucas ou nenhuma informação. Não indico.
