"The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast service was excellent and the chief who made the omelette in the morning was excellent. The room was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in while in London. I would definitely recommend staying there again when I’m back in London."

"The hotel has a great ambience. The lobby is very cool the rooftop bar even cooler! But what makes this hotel really special is the staff. I was greeted with warm smiles and a desire to please at every turn. Special mention to the lovely bar staff - who really lifted my mood after a difficult day. Wish I had their names but they were such nice people. "

"Modern and safe. Well staffed. Urban area but it’s walkable and close to the hospital and some good restaurants. Mostly a middle eastern population but very wonderful people. Taxi service is a little bit pricey to get to most attractions of London. 8.5/10"
